★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INSTAL ULANG MALAH SEMUA DATA DIHAPUS!!
28 Agustus masukin laptop untuk diinstal ulang, diterima oleh counter/admin. Saya jelaskan untuk diinstal ulang dan instal beberapa aplikasi. Sudah saya infokan jika instal ulang di C saja, yang mana harusnya tidak perlu mengada-ada untuk format (hapus data) semua disk.
Nampaknya counter/admin tidak terlalu memperhatikan saya karena kelihatannya lagi heboh sendiri. Setelah itu, teknisinya yang effort sendiri untuk recover disk saya sampai dibawa ke vendor luar namun, tidak hasil dan laptop saya ambil per 17 September (20 hari dari laptop masuk).
Saya TIDAK melihat adanya bentuk TANGGUNG JAWAB dari toko ini, SEMUA DATA saya selama 3 tahun dari kuliah sampai kerja HILANG.
Dapat diskon 50rb (biaya 150rb) even digratiskan pun, data-data saya lebih berharga!
Shame on you! Payah.
REINSTALL EVEN ALL DATA DELETED!!
August 28th entered the laptop to be reinstalled, accepted by the counter/admin. I explained to reinstall and install some applications. I've already informed you if you just reinstall in C, which shouldn't be a joke to format (wipe data) all disks.
It seems that the counter/admin doesn't pay much attention to me because it looks like it's getting excited by itself. After that, the technician who made his own efforts to recover my disk was brought to an outside vendor, however, to no avail and I took my laptop as of September 17 (20 days from the laptop entered).
I DO NOT see any form of RESPONSIBILITY from this shop, ALL my DATA for 3 years from college to work is LOST.
Get a 50k discount (150k cost) even if it's free, my data is more valuable!
Shame on you! bad.
