★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya laptop saya tidak ada kerusakan fisik, hanya wifi tidak dapat connect. Lalu oleh teknisi dibongkar laptopnya (bilangnya dibersihkan), pas saya ambil wifi bisa connect tapi tidak dapat dicas karena tidak pas pasang part laptopnya. Saya kembalikan lagi eh waktu diambil berubah kerusakannya tinggal tidak bisa buat ngetik (tidak keluar tulisan). Akhirnya dibongkar lagi malah bikin speaker pecah sebelah. Sudah dikomplain tapi tidak ada tindakan apapun dari toko. Malah terakhirnya laptop saya ujungnya lecet-lecet seperti habis jatuh. 2 minggu saya bolak balik ngga jelas, menyesal saya service di tempat ini
 Initially my laptop had no physical damage, only the wifi couldn't connect. Then by the technician the laptop was dismantled (he said it was cleaned), when I took the wifi it could connect but it couldn't be charged because it didn't fit the laptop part. I returned it again, when I took it, the damage changed, I just couldn't type it (no writing came out). Finally dismantled again even made the speaker broke next to it. Complained but no action from the store. In fact, finally, my laptop ended up with blisters like it had fallen. 2 weeks I went back and forth, it wasn't clear, I regret that I served at this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laptop saya mati total, ketika awal masuk dicek oleh teknisi nya dan dikatakan bahwa yang rusak adalah mosfet getnya putus. Kemudian dikatakan bahwa baterai juga bermasalah apabila tidak diganti maka pemakaian harus dilepas. Sudah dilakukan penggantian, setelah saya datang dan dicek, ternyata baterai tidak bisa melakukan charge. Namun diminta untuk di charge selama 8 jam tidak dalam kondisi laptop menyala. Padahal lampu indikator baterai tidak menyala, tetapi masih menunggu 8 jam? Alhasil setelah saya tunggu dan baterai yang diganti tidak berfungsi dengan baik, maka saya kembali ke toko. Kemudian dari pihak toko komplain ke supplier baterai.Setelah di cek oleh supplier, pada halaman login untuk baterai masih tanda silang namun lampu indikator menyala orange, oleh pihak toko diminta untuk install ulang windows. Setelah dilakukan install ulang seperti dikatakan pihak toko, ketika dicek indikator baterai masih tetap silang. Tidak lama kemudian, laptop saya kembali mati total. Saya kembali ke toko, sampai 2 minggu tidak ada kabar, ditanya by WA tidak respon. Akhirnya saya datang ke toko, namun dikatakan permasalah masih sama masalah di IC mosfet, padahal sebelumnya perbaikan cepat sekali dan sudah saya bayar tunai. Hingga akhirnya sudah 2 bulan dan tidak ada kabar, maka saya cancel saja karena saya butuh laptop tersebut untuk bekerja. Namun tidak ada kejelasan, dan biaya pengembalian uang pun hanya diganti uang mosfet yang mana laptop saya masih mati total dan diberikan baterai "baru". Kiranya begitu pengalaman saya servis laptop di toko ini.
My laptop was completely dead, when I first entered it was checked by the technician and it was said that what was damaged was that the mosfet got broke. Then it is said that the battery is also problematic if it is not replaced then the usage must be removed. It has been replaced, after I came and checked, it turned out that the battery could not charge. But asked to be charged for 8 hours not in a laptop condition. Even though the battery indicator light is not on, but still waiting 8 hours? As a result, after I waited and the battery that was replaced didn't work properly, I went back to the shop. Then the shop complained to the battery supplier. After being checked by the supplier, on the login page for the battery there was still a cross but the indicator light was orange, the shop asked to reinstall windows. After re-installing as the shop said, when checked the battery indicator is still crossed. Not long after, my laptop was completely dead again. I returned to the store, until 2 weeks there was no news, asked by WA, no response. Finally I came to the shop, but they said the problem was still the same with the IC mosfet, even though the repair was very fast and I paid cash. Until finally it was 2 months and there was no news, so I just canceled because I needed the laptop for work. But there is no clarity, and the refund fee was only replaced with money from the mosfet which my laptop was still completely dead and given a "new" battery. I hope that's my experience servicing laptops at this shop.

Jadi, setelah 5 hari, saya ambil laptop saya dengan kondisi yang sama sewaktu saya masukkan ke service 'Techno Ink'. Silahkan anda nilai sendiri kinerja dan kompetensi layanan 'Techno Ink'....
My laptop has been left 5 days without news and after I contacted it was still in the process of repair. Can't give certainty when it's over. So, after 5 days, I take my laptop with the same condition as I enter into service 'Techno Ink'. Please assess your own performance and competence of 'Techno Ink' services ....
