★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order membersihkan sekaligus servis/cek 2 indoor Di rumah orang tua, karena yang 1 indoor udara yang keluar kadang seperti ada embun/kabut. Setelah cek indoor dan outdoor diinfo kondisi normal ga ada masalah dan tidak perlu tambah/kuras freon karena tekanan 70psi, sy bilang kalo mau tambah/kuras freon gpp biar sekalian, tapi ditolak bilangnya masih normal.
Selang 2 hari mesin indoor malah bunyi klotak2 dan keluar es batu dan air, trs wa lg konfirmasi cm dapat respon suruh matiin 30 menit smp besok setelah dicolek baru direspon hari kamis mau cek ulang.
Nah yang cek ulang ini mekanik makin tidak profesional. Datang cek indoor tanpa cek outdoor langsung kasih saran dengan sedikit memaksa suruh tambah freon biaya 175rb dan kalau kuras 250rb (konfirmasi biaya wa ke admin hingga review ini ditulis belum jg direspon). Sy konfirmasi ulang waktu cek mekanik pertama ga perlu isi freon, kenapa sekarang tiba2 disuruh tambah freon??akhirnya mekanik cek outdoor, kemudian info tekanan 60psi berarti harus tambah freon, pikir sy gimana sih ini sop servis ac ini??baru selang bbrp hari uda beda keputusan. Sy berfikir supaya segera kelar dan tidak bolak balik orang asing masuk rumah (physical distancing) sy minta kuras freon sekalian aja. Si mekanik ngotot tambah freon dan sy keukeuh kuras ternyata ujung2nya baru bilang saat itu ga bawa alat kuras.
Ok sy pun minta dikerjakan besok saja kuras gpp, eeh masih ngotot suruh tambah freon. Kalo tambah freon dan keluar es dan air belum sembuh baru kuras freon, lah selain orang asing keluar masuk rumah jadi dobel pengeluaran dong?!
Yang paling sy tidak suka saat akan pulang dengan sombongnya si mekanik bilang “sy ga mau servis ke rumah ini mas“, ckckck attitude dan sop sangat perlu ditingkatkan

- ga tau mekanik yang kedua mekanik aja ato mekanik-owner
- dapat no ini dari istri kebetulan pernah cek servis ac di rumah mertua, dg kejadian mekanik kedua ini sy ga akan izinkan istri order ke sini
Order cleaning at the same time service / check 2 indoor At parents' homes, because of the 1 indoor air that comes out sometimes like there is dew / fog. After checking indoor and outdoor, the information was normal, there was no problem and there was no need to add / drain the freon because of the pressure of 70psi, I said if I wanted to add / drain the freon gpp so that all at once, but was refused saying it was still normal.
After 2 days, the indoor machine actually sounds klotak2 and ice and water comes out, then I can confirm that the response can be told to turn off 30 minutes until tomorrow after being poked, then we will respond again on Thursday.
Now that this check is mechanized more and more unprofessional. Come check indoor without outdoor check immediately give advice with a little force told to add freon costs 175rb and if it is drained 250rb (confirmation of wa fees to admin until this review was written has not been responded to). Sy re-confirm the first mechanical check time do not need to fill in freon, why now suddenly told to add freon ?? finally check outdoor mechanics, then 60psi pressure info means I have to add freon, I think what the heck is this AC service sop ?? just after a few days different decision. I think that it will be finished soon and not go back and forth to strangers entering the house (physical distancing) I ask to drain the freon as well. The mechanic insisted on adding freon and I thought it turned out that the tip just said that at that time it didn't bring the drain.
Ok, I also asked to do it tomorrow, I will drain the GPP, but I still insist that I add Freon. If you add freon and get out of ice and water, it won't heal, then drain freon, other than foreigners going in and out of the house, you need to double the expense ?!
The most I do not like when going home arrogantly the mechanic said "I do not want to serve this house, mas", ckckck attitude and soup really need to be improved

- I don't know the second mechanic or the mechanic-owner
- I got this number from my wife, I happened to check the AC service at my in-laws' house, with this second mechanical incident I won't allow my wife to order here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas servis mematuhi protokol kesehatan dgn memakai masker terus. CS termasuk cepat respon. Harga servis cuci AC 90ribu..cukup sepadan dengan hasilnya..semoga ke depan lebih berkembang,maju dan lebih bagus lagi..
Service personnel adhere to health protocols by wearing masks continuously. CS includes fast response. The price of AC washing service is 90 thousand ... quite commensurate with the results ... hopefully in the future it will be more developed, advanced and even better ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya minta untuk dilakukan pengecekan di lokasi kantor untk pemasangan 6 ac 2 pk, sehingga kami bisa dapat penawaran. Namun ketika tehnisi datang ke lokasi yg kebetulan saya baru meeting dengan tim pembangunan lainnya tiba2 tehnisi sudah tidak dilokasi. Ketika saya konfirmasi ke admin untuk penjadwalan cek kembali untuk kordinasi admin beralasan bahwa pemasangan sulit karena kaca dan harus melubang, padahal posisi tidak dipsang dikaca dan tidak ada kaca yg harus dilubang. Sangat disayangakan kenapa harus menduga duga sendiri padahal belum sempat bicara kepada costumer. Akan jauh lebih baik ketika dijawab jadwal penuh atau memang tidak mau memasangkan ac kami atau memang tidak bisa dari pada beralasan dengan hal yg kurang relevan.
Semoga bisa jadi perbaikan untuk profesionalisme kerja selanjutnya. Terima kasih
I asked to be checked at the office location for the installation of 6 ac 2 pk, so we can get a quote. However, when the technician came to the location which I happened to have just met with the other development team, suddenly the technician was not at the location. When I confirmed to the admin to schedule a check back for coordination, the admin reasoned that the installation was difficult because of the glass and had to perforate, even though the position was not installed in the mirror and there was no glass that had to be drilled. It's a shame why you have to guess yourself even though you haven't had time to talk to the customer. It will be much better when the full schedule is answered or you really don't want to pair our ac or really can't, than to reason with things that are less relevant.
Hopefully it can be an improvement for the professionalism of the next work. thank you
