Vegan are welcome to try for their menu can be modified as well.
The only downside to this branch was it's parking spot is almost non-existent for those of you who brings car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best salad place in town but they surely serve a big portion of decent salad. I ordered custom salad and salmon pasta. The Italian sauce in the salmon pasta was so good and I finished my custom salad in two meals because it was too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A salad bar in cipete. We ordered custom salad and potato chicken salad. The corn was already gone bad and sour, they need to do quality check for the vegetables. It's supposed to be healthy salad but they added waaay too much oil and seasoning for the potato salad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salad and juice was great. One portion is enough to energize you for a day. The veggies are always fresh and served with home-made sauce. You can try all the sauces before choosing one. Hopefully, serasa will open another store near to the central Jakarta.

5 minute walk from Cipete Raya MRT Station - or take another public transportation or a Grab because parking in this area is tough - this small eatery provide salads - vegetables, fruits, with non vegan protein like beef, tuna, chicken, or egg option - with several choices of dressings, in a bowl or a wrap.
It's not a place to have tea or coffee. Instead they have fresh smoothies, juices, jamu, and coconut water.

My wife ordered Pasta Salmon Salad (attached picture), me ordered Potato and Chicken Salad and Mexican Salad ordered by my son.
I liked mine, but the portion was too small for me ?, my wife's and son's bigger. Overall, they were delicious. You may also find healthy drinks, such as smoothies, juice, etc here.
