Diinformasikan kepada pihak pengirim atau penerima kalau misalnya ada kendala pengiriman seperti cuaca buruk dsb. Saya kebingungan sudah 8 hari paket saya ga sampe sampe. Dan CSnya di hubungi susah sekali. Karena pelayanan anda menyangkut kepercayaan mitra bisnis kami.
