Dari senen ke tanah tinggi kn deket...masa bisa sampe 3 hari berada di drop poin senen...dari bandung ny sih cepet...malah mandek di senen. Dapat kritikan bukan memperbaiki malah ceramahin customer ny...pekerja parah di senen

Paket msih dri jkt udh 3 hri yg lalu msih blum sampe juga!! Membuat nama j&t buruk saja orang2 yang malas bekerja ini.. lokasi yang sesuai biar orang2 bisa ambil barang sendiri..
Please if you can't work better, become unemployed with parasites !!!
The package arrived from about 3 days ago and it hasn't arrived yet !! Making bad names & bad people who are lazy to work ... the right location so that people can take their own items ..

Kronologis:
- Paket saya sudah 2 hari kerja tertahan di SENEN, padahal sudah dekat ke lokasi tujuan
- Karena hari ketiga adalah weekend, jadi resiko baru diantar hari senin (alamat kantor), saya coba untuk mengambil sendiri
- Berdasar google, alamat di jl Senen Raya, namun dari puluhan keluhan review negatif netizen, diketahui bahwa lamat sudah pindah
- Saya hubungi call center, diberi info bahwa paket saya ada di cabang jl Kramat sentiong, yang memang bernama SENEN juga
- Saya datangi Kramat Sentiong, namun ada pengumuman bahwa pengambilan paket di J&T Bungur :(
- Saya datangi Bungur Besar, namun ternyata harusnya Bungur Besar Raya :( oke mungkin ini salah saya kurang teliti
- Saya datangi Bungur Besar Raya, namun di pintu tertulis kalau pengambilan paket di gudang 100m ke arah "kiri", wah kalau naik mobil mana bisa ke kiri, berarti harus memutar sekali lagi :(
- Saya datangi gudang, namun ada pengumuman tidak menerima pengambilan barang hari sabtu dan minggu :(
- Dengan nekat dan memasang muka "perang" saya langsung bilang mau ambil paket
- Tanpa berani bertanya, petugas langsung meminta nomor resi
- Setelah di pingpong dari orang ke-1 ke orang ke-2, lalu balik lagi ke orang ke-1, saya menemukan paket saya dalam tumpukan paket yang menggunung entah kapan akan dikirim
Kesimpulan:
Kelambatan mungkin disebabkan karena overload, jadi lebih baik ada perbaikan, daripada customer yang akan memaksa agar jadi "underload" alias sepiii, he3
Not Recommended, at least for central Jakarta destinations.
Chronological:
- My package has been held for 2 days in SENEN, even though it's near to the destination
- Because the third day is a weekend, so it's a new risk for Monday (office address), I try to take it myself
- Based on Google, the address is on Senen Raya, but from dozens of complaints of negative reviews of netizens, it is known that Lamat has moved
- I contacted the call center, given the information that my package was in the branch too, Kramat sentiong, which was indeed named SENEN too
- I went to Kramat Sentiong, but there was an announcement that taking packages at J & T Bungur :(
- I go to Big Bungur, but it turns out that it should be Bungur Besar Raya :( okay maybe this is wrong I am not careful
- I went to Bungur Besar Raya, but on the door it was written that taking the package in the warehouse was 100m toward the "left", but if you go by car where you can go left, it means you have to play once again :(
- I went to the warehouse, but there was an announcement not to receive items on Saturday and Sunday :(
- With desperation and putting on a "war" face I immediately said I wanted to take the package
- Without daring to ask, the officer immediately asked for a receipt number
- After being pinged from the 1st person to the 2nd person, then back to the 1st person, I find my package in a stack of packages that will somehow be sent
Conclusion:
Slowness may be caused due to overload, so it is better to have an improvement, rather than the customer who will force it to be "underloaded" aka sepiii, he3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Retur gagal pembayaran jnt cod alamat toko di bekasi bisa-bisa nya paket di senen raya dan di sistem sudah tertulis 100% paket barang tidak murah bos. Mohon di tindak lanjuti kurir yang kerjanya gak beres. Alamat pengembalian bekasi jelas tertulis di sistem.
