★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon untuk kurir penjemputan/pickup lebih diperhatikan lagi sesuaikan dengan jadwal si user, sering banget udah bikin jadwal pick up jam 16.30 tapi dateng’nya jam 18.00 bahkan jam 19.00 dan cs’nya pun ditanya gk ngasih solusi, dan untuk estimasi pengiriman’nya aman sih sejauh ini. Terima kasih sebelum’nya semoga kedepan’nya bisa lebih baik lagi
Please pay more attention to pick-up/pickup couriers according to the user's schedule, very often they make a pick-up schedule at 16.30 but they arrive at 18.00 even at 19.00 and the cs are asked if they don't give a solution, and the estimated delivery is safe so far. awal minta pickup jam 12 siang, lalu jam 3 sore saya minta pickup lagi (tambahan). lalu jam 4.30 sore saya tanya lagi untuk konfirmasi karena sampai saat itu belum juga ada driver yg menghubungi. tanggapannya sudah diaturkan, dan diminta untuk menunggu.
(dari yg sudah2, biasanya jam 4 sore pasti sudah ada driver yg menghubungi)
kenapa jam 4.30 saya konfirmasi? karena saya tahu jam 1700 CS Julian ini sudah tidur. jadi sengaja jam 4.30 sore saya pastikan kalau akan ada driver yg datang.
(di saat karyawan sentral lainnya masih sibuk bekerja, dia sendiri sudah pulang tidur)

sebelumnya juga pernah di hari sabtu jam 2 siang minta pickup. jawabnya 'oke akan diaturkan'.
sampai jam 4, 5 ,6 ditunggu tidak ada driver yg menghubungi. dan lagi2, hari sabtu jam 1500 CS kesayangan kita Mr. Julian sudah pulang tidur.
diganti aja CS Julian ini ke yang lebih mau kerja. masih banyak orang2 yang masih serius mau kerja.
saran: jam kerja CS jangan sampai 1700 / 1500.
selama driver pickup belum pulang, CS juga mengikuti..

Initially I asked for a pickup at 12 noon, then at 3 pm I asked for another (additional) pickup. then at 4.30 pm I asked again to confirm because until then no driver had contacted me. the response is set, and asked to wait.

why did I confirm at 4.30? because I know at 1700 CS Julian is already sleeping. so deliberately at 4.30 pm I made sure that there would be a driver who came.
(while other central employees are still busy at work, he himself has gone back to sleep)

Previously, on Saturday at 2 pm asked for a pickup. the answer is 'okay it will be arranged'.
until 4, 5, 6 o'clock waiting for no driver to contact. and again, Saturday at 1500 CS our favorite Mr. Julian had gone back to sleep.
Just change CS Julian to someone who is more willing to work. there are still many people who are still serious about work.
advice: CS working hours should not be 1700/1500.
as long as the pickup driver hasn't come home, CS will also follow..
