★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the staff that processing our goods told us that the container include our products is already arrived since 28 Augustus 2019 , we can understand if the goods delayed to send it to us cause by the customs. Custom need to check it first. At 19 September 2019 she told us gonna send it to us at 23 or 24 September . But funny thing is that person didn't even inform to us about the goods till we ask at 25 September . Guess what .. she just saying ”oh the container that have been informed before is not the container that include your goods, Is another container ” How? please be more responsible and be more careful and detail about the information. It's so fatal. We have been inform to our customers that at 25 September we will surely send all the goods they are waiting for the goods too. Please be more responsible!
