Buy a Samsung S8 cellphone already open, check physically. Or just when I have a touch screen problem, I can't get 1x24 hours. only if it's broken Samsung lends itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya membeli HP vivo S1 dengan bundling telkomsel 200ribu untuk 6 bulan. Saya tunggu 2hari kok kartu tidak aktif. Saya ke grapari ternyata setelah dibuka di slot kartu tidak ada kartu perdana yg baru. Saya komplain datang langsung ke SS dan di cctv hanya nampak petugas memberikan ktp dan invoice. Saya komplain lagi dan minta nomor barunya supaya saya urus kehilangan ke kantor polisi namun nereka tidak memberikan. Padahal saya sudah bayar untuk hp dan bundlingnya.seharusnya nomor itu milik saya dan saya bisa urus ke grapari utk penggantian fisik simcard baru. Saya kecewa sekali dengan ketidakprofesionalan petugas disini. Dan ini sama saja dengan membohongi pelanggan.
I bought an HP vivo S1 by bundling Telkomsel 200ribu for 6 months. I waited 2 days why the card is not active. My GraPARI to turn out after opening in the card slot no new-prime card. My complaints come directly to the SS and on cctv only visible clerk gave ktp and invoices. I complained again and asked her new number so I take care of loss to the police station but hell did not deliver. Even though I already paid for the cellphone and the bundling. The number should be mine and I can take care of it for Grapari to physically replace the new simcard. I am very disappointed with the unprofessional staff here. And this is tantamount to lying to customers.
