sales tecprotecnya nipu. bilang gak ada garansi hardware dari xiaomi dan dipaksa pake asuransi dengan dalih β€œcuma ada garansi software”, padahal mah harusnya ada. awalnya kaget sih, gamungkin banget gaada garansi hardware. tapi ya karena dibilang gitu alhasil kebeli asuransinya. my bad. jadinya ngeluarin uang diluar budget. kalau emang mau jualan asuransi, at least jangan nipu dong. tuh liat sekarang viral di sosmed dan klarifikasi dari erafone juga emang ada garansi hardware & software utk setiap pembelian baru. gak berkah banget jualannya. moga dapet karma deh hasil nipu orang. buat orang2 emang ga sberapa uang 200rb buat asuransi. tapi buat sebagian yang lain 200rb lumayan gede loh drpd cuma buat beli asuransi yang gak ada gunanya.

I hope you get karma as a result of deceiving people. sorry that i have to say this.. pelayanan provider X* super bad ya.. salah kasih kartu, expired kartunya eh saya disuru balik lagi DAN SETELAH BEBERAPA HARI.. dikira ke gading tinggal kedip apa! di chat ga ngaku salah dan awalnya gak say sorry.. bad manners! beli samsung masih oke sales nya walopun misscom internal kalian tetep saya yg rugi. yah rugi ga seberapa kok recehan. tp rugi waktu aja.. kebayang si baca2 komen disini gmn nasib cust lain.. beli hp belasan juta aja pelayanan super zonk gmn yang 1dijit.. i dont mind untuk di confront ya silahkan.. please improve your service!
sorry that i have to say this.. service provider X* is super bad huh.. wrong card, expired card, uh, I was ordered back again AND AFTER A FEW DAYS... i guess it's just blinking! in the chat, he didn't admit he was wrong and at first he didn't say sorry.. bad manners! Buying a Samsung is still okay, the sales even though your internal misscom is still my loss. well, how much loss is it? but it's a waste of time.. Pengalaman buruk belanja di Erafone MKG1, 3 April 2022 saya membeli sebuah handphone Samsung di Erafone Mall Kelapa Gading I. Seusai membayar, saya meminta invoice resmi. Pelayan disitu Rafi Ardiyansyah bilang bahwa Erafone tidak lagi mengeluarkan print out invoice. Invoice hanya disampaikan melalui email. Saat itu Saya tetap meminta di print invoice ke pelayan, dia print invoice saya di kertas A4 (katnya Tidak ada stemple, cap erafone). Hingga hari ini, (5 hari berlalu) saya belum menerima invoice by email. Karena kondisi tersebut hr ini saya email ke customercare erajaya Reply email yang saya terima, saya diminta data pembelian spt imei, jenis hp, alamat email, dst.. dan diminta juga, apa alasan saya meminta print invoice. What. Invoice adalah hak saya sebagai pembeli.. kenapa erafone tanya-tanya alasan saya meminta hak saya.
