I'm tired of buying a bicycle, just changing tires, the technicians haven't come, it's been 1 week, the language is just on schedule, I don't know where else to change tires, DON'T JUST SELL THE BIKE, the after sales service is VERY BAD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bener" Ga ada yg bener seles'a, janji motor turun 1 minggu. Ini udh 2 minggu pemesanan ga ada kabar. Mending klo di tlp & chat di tanggapi, sama sekali engga. Di tlp ga di angkat, di chat bls seperlu'a dan ga pernah kasih kepastian kapan motor akan di kirim. Kalau memang tidak ada dan tidak bisa bilang dri awal. Padahal saya sudah bayar 50%. Sampai saya datengin lagi ke sana tetep dengan jawaban ga pasti. Sebenr'a klo chat atau tlp saya di tanggapi dan di kasih kepastian yg jelas kenapa dan kapan motor saya akan di kirim jg saya ga akan kejar" Kaya gini. Bener" Ga profesional!
It's true "Nothing is really done, the promise is that the motorbike will go down in 1 week. It's been 2 weeks of ordering, no news. It's better if you call and chat, they don't respond at all. The phone isn't picked up, chat can be answered as needed and I never gave certainty when the motorbike would be sent. If it wasn't there and couldn't tell from the start. Even though I already paid 50%. Until I went there again, the answer was still uncertain. In fact, if you chat or call me at Respond and be given clear assurances why and when my motorbike will be sent, I will not chase it "Like this. Really "Unprofessional!
