Sekedar saran buat kalian, sebelum kasih rating rendah, contohnya ID express serpong utara ini, baiknya JANGAN emosi. Apapun yg dimulai dengan emosi, ujung2nya penyesalan.
Pengertian dikitlah sbg sesama manusia kalau kita semua pasti gak sempurna.
Paket sy juga tertahan 3 hari disini, pas sy kesana, sy lihat langsung bagaimana membludaknya paket belanja online kita2. Mrk tetap kerja lho, sampe malam. Cobalah sekali kali posisikan kita di mrk. Kalau kamu rasa lama nih paketmu sampe, jemput aja kesana. Kalau mau jujur ya sis and bro, dari sistem aplikasi (contohnya sy belanja pakai shopee) itu belum telat pengiriman. Tapi mungkin ada beberapa yg sudah telat krn error sistem.
Hanya karena sy merasa kuatir takutnya paket sy tumpah (kebetulan sy belinya hair tonik rambut) jadi saya jemput, nunggu 1 jam. Wajar lah mrk sampe 1 jam cari2 nya krn buanyak bangets barangnya gengs!
Gitu aja saran saya. Yuk, bijak memberi rating, karena pekerja disana adalah kita juga, perlu makan, istirahat dan sy yakin mrk pasti memberi pelayanan yg terbaik mengantarkan paket2 kalian. Salam cinta ❤️❤️

Just a suggestion for you guys, before giving a low rating, for example this North Serpong Express ID, don't get emotional. Whatever starts with emotion, ends with regret.
Understand a little as fellow human beings that we are all definitely not perfect.
My package was also stuck here for 3 days, when I got there, I saw firsthand how many of our online shopping packages have become. Mrk still works, you know, until the night. Try once in a while to position us in mrk. If you think it's taking a long time for your package to arrive, just pick it up there. If you want to be honest, sis and bro, from the application system (for example, I shop using shopee) it's not too late for delivery. But maybe there are some who are late because of a system error.
Just because I was worried that my package would spill (I happened to buy a hair tonic) so I picked it up, waited 1 hour. It's only natural for them to search for 1 hour because there are so many items, guys!
That's my advice. Come on, it's wise to give a rating, because the workers there are us too, we need to eat, rest and I'm sure they will provide the best service delivering your packages. Greetings love ❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan idexpress, paket saya tidak dikirim oleh kurir yang bernama Anggi Dwi Yulianto, tetapi dia telah mengkonfirmasi bahwa paket telah di kirim di sistem. padahal jelas² itu alamat beda sama alamat saya. bukti hanya paket yang di foto. terlihat dari GPS, dan background, itu jelas² bukan daerah tempat tinggal saya. kacauuu sangat. paket dari tanggal 10/09/2021 telah di minta pickup oleh seller, tapi baru di pickup di tanggal 12. tanggal 13nya paket telah sampai TH SERPONG UTARA, tapi tidak lekas di kirim. sampai tanggal 16, baru tuh paket dikirim oleh kurir yang bernama RD HIKMAL LUKMAN, tapi malamNya status paket berubah jadi [TANGERANG SELATAN] masalah dalam pengiriman [paket disimpan sementara] dan hari ini tanggal 18/09/2021 jam 07:13 status berubah lagi, sedang proses pengantaran oleh ANGGI DWI YULIANTO, dan jam 07:37 status berubah terkirim. sedangkan saya sama sekali TIDAH MENERIMA PAKETNYA, BAHKAN DI HUBUNGI KURIR PUN TIDAK.
I am very disappointed with the idexpress service, my package was not sent by a courier named Anggi Dwi Yulianto, but he has confirmed that the package has been sent in the system. even though it was clearly a different address from mine. proof is only the package in the photo. seen from the GPS, and the background, it's clearly not the area where I live. very messed up. the package from 10/09/2021 has been requested for a pickup by the seller, but it was only picked up on the 12th. On the 13th, the package arrived in TH SERPONG UTARA, but it was not sent immediately. until the 16th, the package was only sent by a courier named RD HIKMAL LUKMAN, but that night the package status changed to [TANGERANG SELATAN] a problem in delivery [the package was temporarily stored] and today 18/09/2021 at 07:13 the status changed again , in the process of delivery by ANGGI DWI YULIANTO, and at 07:37 the status changed to sent. while I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE AT ALL, EVEN CONTACTING THE COURIER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ketika saya lihat ulasan di google ternyata keluhannya sama ya. bukan masalah lama pengiriman, itu masih dimaklumi. tapi ini paket diketerangan shope udh diterima padahal saya belum terima sama sekali paket saya. dan ketika saya lihat foto bukti penerimanya dia asal upload foto saja, yg difoto juga bukan paket saya. bener bener sangat kecewa sih saya. kalo ekspedisi sebelah pasti wa atau telpon dulu ke saya kalo emng dia gak sempet ngirim hari ini juga dan minta diselesaikan diapl dulu. tapi besoknya langsung dikirim sangat amanah. Tapi id ekspress sangat tidak amanah
When I saw the reviews on Google, it turned out that the complaints were the same. It's not a matter of shipping time, that's understandable. but this is the package described by shope as already received even though I haven't received my package at all. and when I saw the photo of the receipt, he just uploaded the photo, what was photographed was not my package. I'm really really disappointed. if it's the next expedition, definitely wa or call me first if he doesn't have time to send it today and ask for it to be resolved first. but the next day it was sent very reliable. But the express id is very untrustworthy

Sangat mengecewakan
The package wasn't delivered, the status was constrained. The courier continued, even though from the North Serpong Express ID office to my house it was only 6 km. The office phone was never picked up.
Very disappointing
