★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best halal ramen has opened its branch in Plaza Indonesia. At weekend or rush hour you’ll queue a bit but it’ll worth the wait ! Their soup is so tasty and savoury while their ramen texture is springy (al dente). You customize the boldness of the soup, its ramen texture etc. They use good quality ingredients and provide fast-paced service. Your meals will ready in around 10 mins after you make the payment. ??

The queue becomes reciprocated by enjoying a bowl of delicious ramen from Seirock-ya Ramen. Sitting near the window which is like a sitting in a bar with Thamrin road with stunning views of the metropolis. The street view is the best for you who come 2 or single eater.
The menu, I order TanTan chicken ramen. the broth is just fantastic, the noodle is just perfect well cooked come with egg and slice of chicken.
all the taste is mix well and one bowl is really to make me full but I am so satisfied.
queue but worth !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friends ordered Ekstrim, tan-tan men, and miso. I personally ordered the ekstrim. It has thick gravy and the broth is so good. I think ekstrim is the best one for me. I add the egg for additional, bcs it will serve without egg so you must add it on. The space is quite small and far from the lobby. It is located on the 4th floor of Plaza Indonesia, near sate senayan. You can enter from the main lobby and go upstairs from the escalator near LV. I suggest you to order first if there’s a waiting list. Overall it tastes really good!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The broth flavor is very rich, especially the Ekstrim variant. I like the portion given as well, compared to the price. One of the best halal ramen shop in Jakarta for sure.
Server is quick and responsive, seating clean, bonus point if you get an open view from the bar seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best ramen I’ve ever had in Jakarta. The shop located on the 5th floor of Plaza Indonesia, quiet, and easy to find. The customer service was good, ambience is really good. Speaking of the food, the broth is really creamy and umami at the same time. The noodles weren’t soggy. If you choose the special type, they are very royal in giving the meat. Best ramen ever! Probably Seirock-ya will be my all time favourite ♥️
The price is standard just like any other ramen shop in Jakarta. But they will charge you from different toppings that you choose. Recommended ?
