★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ippudo offerings for ramen are differs based on pork or chicken. If you prefer chicken, the waitress will change your chopsticks, they separate bowl and utensils used for cooking pork and chicken.
Aside on that, the taste is quite bland, and not up to the offerings from other big names. A little bit pricey and they also charge for ochas, whilst on the other place it is usually free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please note that they serve pork in this restaurant, so if you’re not allowed to eat pork I suggest you to find other ramen place. But again, you can also order a non pork menus.
They got 2 kinds of non pork ramen in the menu. Both ramen got chicken and a minced beef in it, the broth is creamy not the light kind. So, if you’re not into heavy soup for your ramen, you might want to order something else, and they serve quite a lot of non ramen in their menu.
Price : 250~300k for 2 people if you’re both order ramen and 200~250k if only one of you order ramen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having dinner time in Grand Indonesia, I choose Ippudo to spend the dinner with ☺️. In this visit, I ordered Salmon Aburi Roll (lightly seared fresh salmon roll seasoned with delicious mentaiko and topped with cod roe, this menu available in 4 pcs / 6 pcs choices), Buta Popcorn (crispy and flavorful bite-sized pork bites served with special homemade sauce - perfect for sharing!), Karaka Special Ramen (Ippudo's original tonkotsu broth served with wavy thin noodles, pork belly, and spring onions. Special spicy miso with ground pork and fragrant garlic oil add kick to the senses. A modern Hakata style ramen.), and Bun Platters (3 buns in a platter, for this platter, I'm mixing their Ippudo Pork Bun and Spicy Pork Bun). Ippudo Pork Bun is Ippudo's famed international best seller, this bun is their signature melt-in-your-mouth chashu, accompanied with crisp iceberg lettuce and creamy mayo, nestled in a soft, fluffy bun. For Spicy Pork Bun is basically their Ippudo Pork Bun served in their special hot spicy sauce. Overall, i'm really satisfied with this visit to Ippudo and gonna rate them 4.5 out of 5 for this visit.

Now. Have to queue because they follow 50% capacity with ppkm level2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ramen broth was excellent and the food in general was good. However, we found a worm in one of our ramen bowls. We reported it immediately and the manager was very apologetic. It was probably an oversight but still concerning.
Also, the portions for the side dishes (e.g. squid) were small and although good, not worth it for the price.
Overall a 3/5 experience - would have been lower but customer service was great and the manager was proactive in fixing the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite that the price not too affordable, but still this one is one of the best ramen I've ever tried in Jakarta. Although they're not halal MUI certified, but the separate the broth and utensils from pork based ramen. I tried karaka rame and it was very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the middle of food court area in grand indonesia. Not to big yet not to small. I order tantanmen set complete with appatizer (fresh kimchi, chicken sanbaizu, tamagoyaki & butayaki). Their soup is very rich and give strong flavour to your ramen. Nice set and experience in this place. Their service is no doubt. ?
