★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gedung ini merupakan kantor dari empat badan peradilan yang berada di bawah Mahkamah Agung, yaitu Direktorat Jenderal Peradilan Umum (lantai 3,4, dan 5), Direktorat Jenderal Badan Peradilan Agama (lantai 6, 7, dan 8), Direktorat Jenderal Badan Peradilan Militer dan Tata Usaha Negara (lantai 9 dan 10). Selain itu, gedung ini merupakan kantor dari Badan Pengawasan (Lantai 8,9, dan 11), sebagian dari kantor Badan Litbang Diklat Kumdil, (Lantai 10), Assessment Center, Poli Klinik dan Poli Gigi Mahkamah Agung RI (Lantai 12).
Gedung yang dibangun sejak tahun 2017 ini diresmikan oleh Ketua Mahkamah Agung Harifin A Tumpa di Tahun 2010 terdiri dari 4 lift dan lantai parkir bertingkat yang menempel di bagian belakang gedung utama sekretariat MA, serta fasilitas masjid untuk salat.
Gedung ini memiliki beberapa kelebihan, yaitu AC yang dingin, lift yang terawat dan ramah untuk pegawai dan tamu disabilitas, suasana yang tenang, kedap suara luar, penerangan yang cukup, tidak bau, dan lantai yang bersih.
Meskipun demikian, ada beberapa kekurangan dari gedung ini, diantaranya adalah lahan parkir yang tidak sebanding dengan jumlah kendaraan yang ada sehingga tampak kendaraan parkir pararel bertumpuk di depan atau samping gedung yang membuat kendaraan yang parkir dibagian paling dalam sulit untuk keluar. Selain itu, tempat makan atau kantin juga kurang bahkan hanya ada satu tenant kantin yang buka sehingga pegawai harus keluar gedung untuk mencari makan. Jika cuaca hujan deras tentu hal ini akan menyulitkan.
Beberapa toilet yang jarang penghuninya seperti lantai 12, perlu ditingkatkan lagi kebersihannya agar lebih nyaman. toilet di lantai 10 juga ditemukan asbak yang berisi puntung rokok yang digunakan oleh pengguna toilet.
Di luar hal itu semua, saya bersyukur bisa bekerja di Instansi ini dengan fasilitas kantor yang baik dan sehat sehingga kerja juga terasa nyaman dan aman.

This building is the office of four judicial bodies under the Supreme Court, namely the Directorate General of General Courts (3,4, and 5), the Directorate General of the Religious Courts (6th, 7th, and 8th floors), the Directorate General of the Military Courts and State Administration (9th and 10th floors). In addition, this building is the office of the Supervisory Agency (8,9, and 11th Floor), part of the Kumdil Research and Development Agency office, (10th Floor), Assessment Center, Polyclinic and Dental Poly of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia (12th Floor).
The building, which was built since 2017, was inaugurated by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Harifin A Tumpa in 2010 consisting of 4 lifts and a multi-storey parking floor attached to the rear of the MA secretariat main building, as well as mosque facilities for prayer.
This building has several advantages, namely cold air conditioning, a well-maintained and friendly elevator for employees and guests with disabilities, a calm atmosphere, outside soundproofing, adequate lighting, no smell, and clean floors.
However, there are several drawbacks to this building, including the parking area that is not proportional to the number of vehicles available, so that parallel parking vehicles can be seen piled up in front or on the side of the building which makes it difficult for vehicles parked in the innermost part to get out. In addition, there is also a lack of places to eat or canteens, even if there is only one canteen tenant that is open, so employees have to leave the building to look for food. If the weather is heavy rain of course this will be difficult.
Some toilets that are rarely inhabited, such as the 12th floor, need to be cleaned again to make them more comfortable. the toilet on the 10th floor was also found an ashtray containing cigarette butts used by toilet users.
Beyond that, I am grateful to be able to work in this agency with good and healthy office facilities so that work also feels comfortable and safe.
