Rumah ini sangat terawat, dengan ruang2 besar khas bangunan2 kolonial, dengan taman depan dan belakang yg juga luas. Lantai 1 merupakan area semi-publik, berisi ruang tamu dan beranda serta area servis, sementara lantai 2 merupakan area privat rumah Gubernur. Selain Gubernur, juga terdapat paviliun bagi para pembantu & penjaga di sisi samping dan belakang.
This house is one of the cultural heritage buildings in a premium area in Jakarta. This house is very well maintained, with large rooms typical of colonial buildings, with a large front and rear garden. The 1st floor is a semi-public area, containing the living room and veranda as well as the service area, while the 2nd floor is the private area of the Governor's house. Apart from the Governor, there is also a pavilion for helpers & guards on the side and back.
