★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Area ada di sisi kiri jalan menuju Kenteng juga bersebelahan dengan balaidesa Pekuncen halamanya luas dihiasi dengan taman yang rapi juga terawat guru kelas rata2 senior juga masih ada guru bantu yang masih nonorer.. walaupun posisi nya ada dikampung tapi prestasinya tidak kalah dengan yang dikota, karena kedisiplinan kepala sekolah beserta guru2 yang ada maka murid2nya sering mendapat kepercayaan tingkat Kabupaten, Propinsi jawa tengah bahkan ke tingkat nasional mewakili Propinsi baru2 ini tahun 2017 dalam bidang seni anyaman yang diselenggarakan di Palembang dan menjadi kebanggan Propinsi juga SD sendiri karena mendapat predikat juara no 1 tingkat nasional..maka SD ini banyak murid yang masuk dari luar desa Pekuncen itu sendiri.. peralatan sekolah sudah ada komputer dan gurunya mengambil dari luar privat atau honorer sedang peralatan kesenian seperangkat Drumbent dan Gamelan Pelok juga selendro, guru2 pendidik banyak yang mengajar exstra seperti mengadakan les mata pelajaran yang ketinggalan dengan tulus ikhlas demi anak didiknya bisa berprestasi dan lulus sekolah bisa menjadi bekal untuk melanjudkan kembali..

Pada tahun berapa ya saya lupa, awalnya di desa pekuncen ada 3 sekolah. yang pertama SD Negeri 1 Pekuncen, SD Negeri 2 Pekuncen, dan SD Negeri Kedungbulus. Kemudian setelah sepinya siswa yang ada di SDN 2 Pekuncen, maka ahirnya SDN 2 Pekuncen digabungkan dengan SDN 1 Pekuncen yang saat ini dikenal dengan nama SD Negeri 1 Pekuncen.
SD Negeri Pekuncen is a school that is currently combined with other schools. In what year, I forget, initially in Pekuncen village there were 3 schools. the first is SD Negeri 1 Pekuncen, SD Negeri 2 Pekuncen, and SD Negeri Kedungbulus. Then after the absence of students at SDN 2 Pekuncen, finally SDN 2 Pekuncen was combined with SDN 1 Pekuncen which is currently known as SD Negeri 1 Pekuncen.
