★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i came on saturday, i was told that i was on queue no. 3. After i waited for 40 mins, there was a customer who just walked in and said that he made a booking with one of the barber.
The lady at the front desk said, she will push down my queue by one. When i ask can u make booking in advance? She said no. So i refused to give my turn but the lady and the barber went ahead and serve this new customer that just walked in.
Unbelievable...
Edit 15-Dec, i have contacted the IG account 3 days ago but still has got no response or acknowledgement. Is the intent to apologize real?
