β β β β β Teman saya booking untuk besok pasang bulmat jam 2. Namun pas hari H dikonfirmasi ulang, dan nama tmn sy tidak trdaftar hari itu, malah trdaftar di akhir bulan dpnnya. Jadi hari ini gak bs pasang krn jam 2 udah ada di book untuk orang lain. Dari Nail Story tidak ada kompensasi sama sekali hanya permohonan maaf lewat telfon. Tolong ya diperbaiki. Pelayanannya buruk ini.
My friend booked for tomorrow to install month at 2. But on the day of the event it was reconfirmed, and my friend's name was not registered that day, instead it was registered at the end of the month. So today it can't be installed because it's already in the book for someone else at 2 o'clock. From Nail Story there is no compensation at all, only apologies over the phone. Please fix it. This bad service.

β β β β β Harga tergolong mahal karena Tidak bisa pilih banyak warna dan variasi dengan alasan yg mengerjakan tidak berpengalaman. Ada staf yg tidak ramah.
The price is quite expensive because you can't choose many colors and variations on the grounds that the person doing it is inexperienced. There are unfriendly staff.
