Sejauh ini masih wajar lah dah berlangganan 1th semoga betah di comet. Saran: jangan suka-suka lagi gangguan, tingkatkan kualitas high speed agar tidak menurun.
So far, it's still natural that I've subscribed for 1 year, hopefully you feel at home in Comet. Suggestion: don't like distractions anymore, increase the high speed quality so it doesn't decrease.

Recommended sih.. tanpa FUP dan speed konsisten.. hanya bbrp hari lalu 2 - 3 des 2021 sempat tidak ada akses internet selama 2hari.. ternyata karna gedung cyber 1 Pusat kebakaran.. dan saya bisa memaklumi.. tapi dari bbrp provider yang pernah saya pakai seperti ind*ho*e dan FM , comet paling jarang problem.. minusnya cuma ngga ada TV kabel aja sih . Tp gpp karna saya jg pakai Mi TV stick jadi bisa ttp dipakai buat Netflix , Witv , viu dsb...
It's recommended.. without FUP and consistent speed.. only a few days ago 2-3 dec 2021 there was no internet access for 2 days.. apparently because the cyber building 1 is a fire center.. and I can understand.. but from several providers who have I use it like ind*ho*e and FM, comet rarely has problems... the only minus is that there is no cable TV. But it doesn't work because I also use a Mi TV stick so it can still be used for Netflix, Witv, VIU etc...

Cust Support Buruk, bales keluhan 2 jam lebih.. Nomor Cust Serv ditelp berkali-kali tidak ada yg angkat, sudah bayar tagihan lewat QRIS, tpi saat jatuh tempo tetap diputus !!! Aneh banget, padahal sudah diinfokan sudah dibayar !!!!
Bad customer support, responding to complaints in more than 2 hours.. The Cust Serv number has been called many times, no one picks up, already paid the bill via QRIS, but when it's due, it's still disconnected!!! It's very strange, even though it has been informed that it has been paid !!!!

Mau komplain. Dulu waktu awal ditawarkan jasa wifi oleh salah satu produk dari PT ini, dikatakan bahwa jika tidak digunakan maka tinggal tidak membayar tagihan saja sampai tenggat waktu tgl 10 kalau tidak salah. Kmrn bln maret kami memang tidak menggunakan wifi karena kami sedang tidak ditempat. Kami pikir buat apa wifi diaktifkan lagi jika ksmi pergi. Lalu otomatis wifi pun tidak terkonek selama bulan maret kemarin. Lalu hari ini tiba2 ada tagihan wifi bulan maret, padahal jelas kami tidak menggunakan wifi dan juga wifinya tidak terkonek. Dikatakan disitu jika akan dilakukan pemutusan untuk melunasi tagihan bulan maret. Bukankah itu aneh, dari awal diinformasikan kepada kami kami bisa fleksibel untuk penggunaan wifinya. Sekarang muncul tagihan wifi yang kami sendiri tidak menikmati koneksi wifinya. Jadi termasuk korupsi data dong?? Minta dibayar atas jasa yang tidak diberikan?? Lalu disitu juga tertulis selain melunasi tagihan bulan maret minta dilaporkan untuk dilakukan pemutusan sehingga nantinya alat akan diambil. Padahal kmrn untuk pemasangan alat wifi saja untuk janji pasang sangat susah dan juga ada ongkos untuk pemasangannya. Apakah ini namanya tidak merugikan kami? Kami rugi waktu dan finansial.. Kenapa tidak dijelaskan dari awal jika peraturannya begitu. Sehingga kami tidak akan memilih provider ini. Sekian. Terimakasih

Kmrn in March we did not use wifi because we were not there. We thought why the wifi was activated again if ksmi left. Then automatically the wifi was not connected during last March. Then today suddenly there was a March wifi bill, even though it was clear we weren't using wifi and also the wifi wasn't connected. It is said there that a termination will be made to pay off the bill in March. Isn't that weird, we were informed from the start that we could be flexible about the use of the wifi. Now comes the wifi bill which we ourselves do not enjoy the wifi connection. So it includes data corruption, right? Asking to be paid for services not provided?? Then it was also written that apart from paying off the bill for the month of March, he asked to be reported for termination so that later the equipment would be taken. Even though it's very difficult to install a wifi device just to promise to install it and there is also a fee for installation. Does this name not harm us? We lost time and financially.. Why was it not explained from the start if the regulations were like that. So we will not choose this provider. That's it. Thank you

Sudah bayar dan diinfokan jika sudah dialakukan pembayaran, tapi tetap diputus, diWA, ditelp call center tidak ada jawabannya.. Profesional sekali perusahaan ini, saya minta kembalikan uang yang sudah saya bayarkan pada tgl 2 Desember 2021 kemarin !!! Saya sudah chat ke no WA yg diberikan, tapi tidak ada respon !
I have paid and have been informed that the payment has been made, but still disconnected, in WA, called the call center, no answer.. This company is very professional, I ask for the money back that I paid on December 2, 2021 yesterday!!! I have chatted with the WA number given, but there is no response!
