The internet has been disconnected for 2 days waiting for the technician, the handling is very slow. Customer care does not "care" at all. It's a loss, not anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah telpon 5 haru berturut turut, untuk ganti paket dari internet saja ke internet+iptv, dan SUDAH bayar bbrp hari sebelum jatuh tempo. Masih tetap tidak bisa dikerjakan sampai internet putus karena sudah jatuh tempo dan paket baru belum aktif. “Nanti akan dihubungi kembali oleh petugas kami”, dan 5 hari dengan tiap pagi saya call customer service, tetap gak ada yg hubungi dan bisa ganti paket nya ke paket baru. Sangat mengecewakan service nya.
Called 5 days in a row, to change the package from internet only to internet+iptv, and ALREADY paid a few days before the due date. It still can't be done until the internet drops because it's due and the new package isn't active yet. "We will call back later by our officers", and 5 days every morning I call customer service, still no one calls and can change the package to a new package. Very disappointing service.

Baru pasang hari ke 2 koneksi internet sudah putus.
The sales said the fiber cable biznet SOP would be included in the pipe while the technician denied it.
The technician plays as long as he puts the fiber cable in the gutter.
Just installed the 2nd day the internet connection has been lost.
