The telephone number I tried to contact is connected. But there is no answer. I tried calling 4 times from 14.00 WIB - until 16.00 WIB, still no one responded.

Crazy. On the phone hundreds of times how come it doesn't pick up. People who want to talk about it mentally even get angry first with a phone number case!

I'm happy that the psychologists are resourceful and available when needed, I was disappointed that one of the psychologist told me to "grow up" and not to cry. I believe that crying is an important way to release painful emotions, but I did not feel like I was allowed to do that there. This is one of their malpractices. It's already been a while, but when I remember it, it still hurts.
Aku sempat mengikuti servis ini pada tahun 2013, aku merasa senang dan kecewa dengan waktu yang sama. Aku senang para psikolog memiliki pengetahuan banyak dan selalu ada saat dibutuhkan, tetapi aku kecewa karena salah satu psikolog disitu menyarankan bahwa aku tidak boleh menangis karena itu kekanak-kanakan. Padahal menangis itu penting, untuk melepaskan emosi yang tidak enak. Aku merasa dilarang untuk melakukannya, ini merupakan penyalahgunaan. Memang ini sudah 5 tahun yang lalu, tapi kalau ingat, aku masih saja sedih.

I attended this service in 2013, I feel happy and disappointed at the same time. I'm glad the psychologists are knowledgeable and always there when it's needed, but I was disappointed that one of the psychologists there suggested that I shouldn't cry because it was childish. Though crying is important, to release unpleasant emotions. I feel forbidden to do it, this is abuse. It's been 5 years ago, but if you remember, I'm still sad.
