★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a disappointing experience, we had an at home try-on in Surabaya. After we finally chose our frames and paid, they told us it’ll be shipped in 4-7 work days. In reality, it came in around 10 work days. Not only that, the lens was in the wrong measurement. Ordered a +1.5 ZEISS progressive UV lens, but received a +1.75 lens instead. We hope you can provide better service later in the future.
