★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah saya perpanjang sim di polres sleman lancar, walaupun kemarin antrian cukup banyak saya dapat memaklumi karena mungkin hbis liburan, tetap semangat pak petugas dalam melayani masyarakat ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besar harapan kami untuk lebih memberi palayanan yang maksimal. Seharusnya di new normal ini fasilitas online ditingkatkan. Perpanjangan sim online namun msh harus tetap manual. Tdk ada pemberitahuan cetak hasil online sebagai lampiran, sehingga kami harus mncari percetakan yg bisa online.
Tempat luas bagus nyaman. Mhn peningkatan layanan kir dokter, terlebih di masa pandemi ini. Terimakasih atas upaya peningkatan pelayanan untuk masyarakat.
We hope to provide more maximum service. In this new normal, online facilities should be improved. Online sim extension but still has to be manual. There is no notification of print results online as attachments, so we have to look for printers that can be online.
Nice spacious comfortable place. Please improve doctor service, especially during this pandemic. Thank you for your efforts to improve service to the community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cukup cepat dan baik, hanya saja pembatasan pemohon SIM kurang disiplin (pengantar pemohon SIM ikut masuk) sehingga menyebabkan kerumunan dan pemohon sampai antre sambil berdiri. Selain itu masih muncul juga antrean siluman yang tiba-tiba dipanggil untuk foto padahal tidak ikut antre dokumen.
The service is quite fast and good, it's just that the restrictions on SIM applicants are less disciplined (the driver of the SIM applicant comes in) causing crowds and applicants to queue while standing. In addition, there are also stealth queues that are suddenly called for photos even though they are not in the document queue.
