1. Reliability, pelayanan yang dilakukan sudah sesuai SOP yang tertera pada loket pelayanan
2. Responsiveness, pelayanan SIM tidak hanya diperuntukan bagi warga jogja tapi juga warga pendatang serta petugas loket pun mau menjelaskan secara detail terkait step yang harus dilakukan
3. Assurance, petugas loket ramah dan sopan dalam melakukan pelayanan
4. Empathy, paham akan kebutuhan publik terkait informasi pelayanan yang ada sehingga sudah banyak informasi yang di share di media sosial

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedih banget kesini empat kali pertama ditolak dengan alasan tidak bisa membuat SIM disini padahal KTP sudah jogja berikutnya 2x karena offline dan diumumkan setelah lewat 30 menit setelah jam buka 1x karena kehabisan antrian dokter untuk surat keterangan sehat. Nomor antrian juga kurang jelas untuk pengumpulan berkas sehingga banyak yang berebut hingga berdesakan. Untuk bagian informasi bapaknya kurang ramah, baru ngomong apa sudah dipotong dan menyimpulkan sendiri pertanyaan. Satu lagi kenapa hanya menerima surat keterangan sehat dari dokter yang praktek didepan satlantas persis, kenapa dari puskesmas tidak diterima padahal sama2 institusi pemerintah. Mungkin jika dokter lain saya maklumi karena takut dipalsukan, tetapi alangkah baiknya jika surat didapat dr RS Pemerintah/Puskesmas juga diterima. Terimakasih

The queue number is also unclear for file collection so that many people are scrambling to be crammed. For the information section, the father was not friendly, just said what had been cut and concluded the question by himself. One more thing, why do you only receive a health certificate from a doctor who practices in front of the traffic order, why is it not accepted from the puskesmas even though the same are government institutions. Maybe if I understand other doctors for fear of being faked, but it would be nice if the letter received from the Government Hospital / Puskesmas was also accepted. Thank you

Ternyata pakai di ceramahin + di marahin sama petugasnya dulu.

Nanti akan dapat no antrian disitu juga sdh ada hari,tanggal dan jam.
Jd kita tdk perlu menunggu terlalu lama saat datang ke lokasi.semoga ke depan semakin baik lagi
