Kejadian saya mau mengubah nama SIM salah satu huruf dengan KTP.. di mntain 250.. padahal cuma ngerubah data tidak di kenakan biaya lagi, dan akhir nya disuruh nunggu masa berlakunya SIM habis. Baru bisa di rubah..benar2 d persulit

Niat nya sih mau ngurus sendiri..tp bingung krn ga ada informasi alur nya..ujung" nya nanya jg..padahal udh lwt dpn, tetep aja d arahin lwt samping ..
Mantap terstruktur banget, total 250k tanpa rincian langsung poto antri sebentar langsung jd..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perpanjang SIM via Online (SIM A dan C) melalui Digital korlantas, sambil duduk dikantor, submit data tanggal 6 April, bayar psikotest online, lalu ikut tes kesehatan online. setelah itu pilih satpas pemda kabupaten bekasi untuk tempat pengambilan, karna dekat dengan lokasi kantor. setelah bayar, tanggal 8 April sudah di infokan SIM sudah terbit dan bisa diambil di satpas, langsung ke satpas, ke loket drive thru, ambil sim dan tandatangan selesai, cuma 15 menit. mantap. total bayar SIM A Rp105rb, SIM C Rp100rb, psikotest online Rp35rb, total Rp240rb untuk 2 sim. Maju terus untuk satpas indonesia dan pemkab bekasi. sangat membantu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semua prosedur oke banget: pembuatan sim baru, dan perpanjangan sim. Yang disayangkan petugasnya sangat tidak ramah, kasian td ada org tua pendengaran kurang jd di marah2in krna gak denger pas dipanggil dan telat. Paham betul ratusan org dtg tiap hari menanyakan pertanyaan yg sama dan petugas capek/pusing tp ya itulah tugas sbg front office.
Ps. Utk yg ingin buat sim baru, soal tes teorinya gak singkron. Pembacaan 1 soal lambat waktu cuman 15 detik, banyak td soal yg gak terjawab karna masalah teknis
All the procedures are really good: making a new sim, and sim renewal. What's unfortunate is that the staff is not very friendly, it's a pity that there are old people who have poor hearing so they are angry because they don't hear when they are called and are late. I understand very well that hundreds of people come every day asking the same questions and the staff is tired/dizzy, but yes, that's the job of the front office.
Ps. For those who want to make a new sim, the theoretical test questions are not synchronous. The reading of 1 question is slow, it only takes 15 seconds, there are many unanswered questions because of technical problems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabtu 12 februari 2022, pengalaman ane perpanjang Sim C, tiba sktr 8.30 pagi tidak terlihat tanda2 kehidupan calo apa mungkin karena hari sabtu, langsung diarahkan ke cek kesehatan dan asuransi, cek kesehatan bayar 35rb asuransi 50rb, lanjut bayar biaya perpanjangan di gedung sebelahnya 75rb. Registrasi, isi formulir, verifikasi, foto,sampe ambil Sim, kurang lebih makan waktu
1 jam, stlah terima sim ga lupa sebelum keluar kasih penilaian di monitor,

Fill in the extension form and wait for the call
After being called still waiting in the area to queue for the sign, fingerprint and photo.
Extend time depends on the queue. Not Saturday. The line will be long.
