Sate nya mantap bos. Apalagi kalau ditemani sama sop kambing nya. WoW pokoke. Recommended yg ada main ke dutamas.

Satenya maknyus... Sop kambingnya juga enak. Belum lagi harganya sangat bersahabat...

Sekedar saran kebetulan saya langganan sate ini via ojol. Sate ayamnya enak. Cuman keluarga seringny pesen sate kambing. Dulu enak sekali, namun selama bulan puasa saya beli 2x sampe rumah udh keras dan muncul putih2, okelah krn memang ada lemaknya. langsung saya bakar lagi dan bumbu kecap pun saya panasin lagi di panci dan segera dimakan, tp dalam keadaan panas kita makan itu keras sekali bagian lemaknya seperti blm matang tidak seperti biasanya meleleh. Padahal saya bakarnya lama juga. Bbrp ada yg prengus bgt seperti jeroan gatau bagian apa, saya tau kambing emang agak prengus, tp bagi keluarga saya yg penyuka kambing pun masih terlalu prengus. Dan baru jalan 2 menit makan makin mengeras itu bagian tengahnya dan mengeluarkan putih2 yg bikin lengket di mulut. Saran saya tlg disortir lagi pemilihan bahan lemak yg ditengahnya dan jangan pake jeroan yg gatau apa, seperti dulu saja lemak biasa yg empuk dan meleleh, krn sangat merusak pengalaman makan dagingnya jd ikut kena putih2 lengket. Soalnya kalo dibilang krn belum matang itu sudah saya bakar ulang lumayan lama, bumbu kecap juga udh dipanasin tp masih keras bgt dan cepet bgt mengeluarkan putih2 walau bumbu kecap dan daging masih dalam keadaan panas. Dan bukan krn saya gasuka bagian lemaknya, justru suka dan menyayangkan perubahan kualitas. Ini hanya saran dari pelanggan semoga dibaca dan dipertimbangkan krn sayang sekali kl kualitasnya berubah.
As a suggestion, I happen to subscribe to this satay via ojol. Good chicken satay. Only families often order goat satay. It used to be delicious, but during the fasting month I bought 2x until the house was hard and it appeared white, okay because there was fat. I immediately burnt it again and I heat the soy sauce again in the pan and immediately eat it, but when it's hot we eat it is very hard, the fat part is like it hasn't been cooked, it's not like it usually melts. Even though I burned it for a long time. Some are prengus like offal, or what part, I know goats are a bit prengus, but for my family who like goats are still too prengus. And just walking for 2 minutes to eat, the more it hardens in the middle and spits out white that makes it sticky in the mouth. My advice is to sort the fat ingredients in the middle again and don't use any offal, like before, ordinary fat was soft and melted, because it really spoils the experience of eating the meat so it gets sticky white. The problem is, if you say it's not yet ripe, I have been re-burning it for quite a while, the soy sauce seasoning has also been heated up but it's still really hard and it comes out really fast even though the soy sauce and meat are still hot. And not because I like the fat part, I love and regret the change in quality. This is just a suggestion from the customer. Hopefully it will be read and considered because it is a shame that the quality has changed.

Rekom dari aku cobain deh sop nya yaa ampyun empyuk banget daging nya .biasa klo beli SOP kambing makan nya pake gelut dulu yg ini empuk kuah nya juga sueger banget .sory foto nya pas mau abis udah gak tahan laper soalnya ??next foto tak jepret dulu sebelum makan yah ???
My recommendation is to try the soup, the meat is really tender. Usually, when you buy goat soup, you eat it first with the gelut. This one is soft. The soup is also very tasty. Sorry for the photo when it was finished, I couldn't stand being hungry because next photo didn't snap. first before eating ok ???
