★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah sering lewat tapi baru kali ini nih cobain. Aku order Sate Kuah dan Soto Tangkarnya. Menurut aku yang paling unik si sate kuah, jarang banget nemu ada sate kuah gini, kuahnya sama kayak soto tangkarnya, bedanya jadi lebih wangi karena ada aroma bakar dari satenya. Soto tangkarnya juga enak, dagingnya empuk, kuahnya gurih. Harganya agak sedikit lebih mahal dibanding soto tangkar biasanya tapi worth it sama rasanya.

In my opinion, the most unique thing is the sate sauce, it's very rare to find this type of satay sauce, the sauce is the same as the soto tangkar, the difference is that it smells more fragrant because there is a burnt aroma from the satay. The soto tangkar is also delicious, the meat is soft, the sauce is tasty. The price is a bit more expensive than the usual soto tangkar but worth it for the taste.

Sebaiknya datang sebelum jam makan siang karena sate daging sapi sering kehabisan jika sudah kesiangan. Jika datang pagian, kuah soto tangkar rasa bumbunya sangat rich. Semakin nikmat ditambah perasan jeruk dan sambel lalu dicampur potongan daging sate ke dalam kuah soto tangkar. Cheers...
