You can try lots of indonesian local food, like satay, ketoprak (vermicelli with some fried tofu, rice cake, sprouts, dressing with peanut sauce) almost same with gado gado, various soto(turmenic herbs soup, some with coconut milk or without) like soto betawi, soto ambengan, soto mie. Don't forget to try indonesian sweet traditional healthy drink such as wedang (ginger with palm sugar), jamu kunyit (turmenic with some herbs), beras kencur (fermented rice water). My most favorite food is betutu chicken rice-nasi ayam betutu (its so spicy).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indonesian food for starters. To my liking as Indonesian, they toned down the spice a lot. So I think it will suitable for foreigner who want to get used to Indonesian food. The portion was super fullfilling to me. I can't finish a portion alone.

The plate consider of chicken wings, dried beef, potatoes, tumeric rice, sliced egg omelet, coconut, seasoned potatoes patty, and cucumber slices. The vegetables were tasty. The potato patty was very good. The three chicken wings, smaller than my thumb, were over cooked. I ordered an orange juice using Google Translate and it was served hot.
