Dislike : meet &/ speak with person > impolite to my daughter, ignore & not responsive, no price tag for a lot of items, incorrect &/inaccurate price tag, treat customer inappropriately/improperly, .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2days ago I bought nangka Fruits. 1 packing 25.000idr. And today I want eat.. This Fruit very bad can't eat anymore!! They sell bad Fruit's. Never buy fruit or meat in Farmers.. They sell not Fresh fruit or meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A review from a guy who lives in greenbay atp. for about 2 years now.
The employees are ok. HOWEVER, this store has major issues on freshness of vegitables, meats and dairy. Store manager seems NEVER taking care of them. In many occasions I noticed a huge swarm of flies and roaches on the veggies. Not to mention most of them stinks and wilted. Mold on sweet potatos. You can easily witness stinky yellowish water dropping all over the products from the top shelves to down in dairy section. I rarely buy meats there as well. ONLY when it just came in, I take a look but still 9 out of 10, I wouldn't buy. Still, that is the only chance you may(or may not) see any kind of freshness. I am not going to mention sea foods since I never bought any seafoods from there.
Definetly requires major changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUT WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, cashier speak loudly in front of customer, zero manner and attitude ! recruiting should be more selective please choose nice and goodlooking one, otherwise they will act as such of their appearance which is unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So groceries here are on the upper scalem but of course because it's in a malls. You could get the various import stuff but still minimal. They don't have a wide selection of ice creams and hams.
I would say sometiems they go on specials and the prices are marked down.
Timing there is crucial haha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good supermarket brand, this branch located on a not very popular location in this pandemic time.
I believe they have difficulties to manage the cost.
A lot of stores in this neiggborhood closed down. Hope they can survive this troubling time.
