★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesekian kali nya datang. Pelayanan kurang memuaskan. Terlalu lama padahal pasien hanya dua orang. Dokter nya juga gk ngasih tau penyakit apa.
The umpteenth time it came. Unsatisfactory service. Too long even though there are only two patients. The doctor doesn't even know what disease it is.

Sampe anak kecil aja dibentak lagi panik karena mau diobatin. Wajar anak kecil nangis, berontak, panik! Malah dibentak suruh diem!
Kecewa saya sama dokternya.
Why are doctors in this clinic so curt with patients?
Until a small child was shouted at again in a panic because he wanted to be treated. It's natural for small children to cry, rebel, panic! In fact, they were told to shut up!
I'm disappointed with the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fasilitas kurang : Semenjak covid, ruang tunggu pasien berada diluar klinik, jadi kasihan bagi yang ga kuat kena angin luar apalagi kalo hujan.
Attitude kurang : Dokter tidak ramah pada pasien apalagi meriksanya terburu2 dan mba2 admin judes bgt sampe bapak saya diusir gaboleh masuk klinik, padahal disitu bapak saya mau minta surat sakit setelah berobat (saya tau ini lgi covid jdi harus sterill tapi harusnya tulis didepan pintu dengan tulisan "dilarang masuk" yang gede)
Pernah liat pasien lain dengan gejala mual, sakit kepala, meriang (tidak batuk, flu, pilek), Langsung di diagnosa dokternya dengan dugaan covid omnicorn. Abis itu disuruh PCR ditempat laboratorium yang udah kerjasama sama dokternya dengan dikasih brosur dgn alamat labnya, trus ada atas nama dokternya buat ajuin ke lab. (Kenapa ga diantigen dulu ya)
Lack of facilities: Since covid, the patient waiting room is outside the clinic, so it's a pity for those who can't stand the outside wind, especially if it rains.
Lack of attitude: Doctors are not friendly to patients, let alone check them in a hurry and admins are so rude until my father is expelled and cannot enter the clinic, even though my father wants to ask for a sick letter after treatment (I know this is still Covid, so it must be sterile but it should be written on the door with writing big "no entry")
Have you ever seen another patient with symptoms of nausea, headache, fever (no cough, flu, runny nose), the doctor was immediately diagnosed with a suspected covid omnicorn. After that, they were told to do PCR in a laboratory that had collaborated with the doctor and was given a brochure with the address of the lab, then it was on the doctor's behalf to submit it to the lab. (Why don't you have an antigen first?)
