★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik BPJSnya buruk sekali dengan dokter Ari Tandi. Saya nunggu lama banget... itu dokter belum datang, padahal urutan saya cuman nomor 2. Lalu, saya dicek dengan keadaan demam, dan radang, sudah dicek didepan sama perawat didepan tensi saya juga turun dan memang demam.
Udah sempoyongan banget pas mau jalan ke ruangn dia, pas di cek dia sendiri yang bilang "Iya kamu banyakan istirahat karena tensi kamu rendah dan demam".. sya bertanya Ok dok, berarti saya minta surat izin sakit nya ya dok nanti?" dia bilang " iya tunggu saja didpan nanti perawat yang didepan yg kasih suratnya.. "baik dok"... pas saya nunggu obat dan nunggu suratnya, pas dikasih saya lihat "Surat keterangan BEROBAT" bukan "Surat IZIN Sakit". Saya tanya ke perawatnya, kenapa dikasih ini ya? dokternya tadi bilang surat IZIN loh karena dia sendiri yang lihat saya udah demam dan tensi rendah sehingga butuh istirahat. Perawatnya blg : saya tanyakan ke dokternya lagi ya, tp dokternya lagi istirahat ditunggu ya kalau mau ditunggu. Saya blg "OK saya tunggu karna mmg itu hak saya dan mmg dokternya udah bilang bakal kasih surat IZIN.. nggu lama 1jam lebih, dokternya datang berleha".... saya masuk ke ruangannya lagi, "Dok knp saya dikasih surat keterangan berobat?dokter td blg saya dikasih surat IZIN kan? saya kalau dikasih berobat bukan surat IZIN, gaji saya tetap dipotong atau cuti saya dipotong (ini lg pandemi loh tega banget dia gamau kasih surat izin yang dia blg AKAN dikasih krn indikasi saya memerlukan IZIN). Dia bilang ke saya " Kalau mau minta izin suratnya batas waktu smpe jam 5 sore ya". HAH? ada ya peraturan kayak gitu? saya bilang "Jadi sampai orang mau mati pun udah keringat dingin, demam, tensi rendah harus sebelum jam 5 sore baru dapat???" Dia blg "Iya begitulah namanya juga BPJS". Lalu? mmg kenapa kalau BPJS?? apakah semua dokter yang di BPJS bodo seperti dokter ini ya? Sedih sekali dapat dokter bgtu... saya auto keluar langsung pindah klinik....
The BPJS clinic is really bad with doctor Ari Tandi. I waited a very long time... the doctor hasn't come yet, even though my order is only number 2. Then, I was checked with fever and inflammation, I checked in front of the nurse in front of me, my blood pressure also dropped and it was fever.
I was really staggering when I was about to go to her room, when I checked, she herself said "Yeah, you're resting a lot because your blood pressure is low and you have a fever." "Yeah, just wait in front of the nurse who will give you the letter.. "OK, doc"... when I was waiting for the medicine and waiting for the letter, when I was given it I saw "CERTIFICATE OF TREATMENT" not "CERTIFICATE OF ILLNESS". I asked the nurse, why were you given this? The doctor said it was a LICENSE letter because he himself saw that I had a fever and low blood pressure so I needed rest. The nurse said: I'll ask the doctor again, yes, but the doctor is resting, wait for it if you want to wait. I said "OK, I'll wait because that's my right and the doctor already said he would give me a LICENSE letter... it took more than 1 hour, the doctor came relaxed".... I went into his room again, "Doc, why was I given a medical certificate? The doctor didn't tell me that I was given a LICENSE, right? If I was given treatment, it wasn't a LICENSE, my salary was still cut or my leave was cut (this is a pandemic, you really don't want to give me a permit which he said WILL BE given because of the indication I need a PERMISSION). said to me "If you want to ask permission for the letter, the deadline is until 5 pm". Huh? Is there a rule like that? I said "So even people who want to die have cold sweat, fever, low blood pressure, they have to be before 5 pm to get it ???" He said "Yes, that's how it's called BPJS". Then? So what about BPJS?? Are all the doctors at BPJS stupid like this doctor? It's really sad to get a doctor like that... I automatically left and immediately moved to a clinic.. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter Andi Tandi penanganan nya memang gk bagus. Istri saya mau minta surat pengantar untuk berobat ke rs tzu chi tapi malah di minta rekam medis dari tzu chi. Padahal jelas2 istri saya sakit. Dan malah jawaban dokter yang sangat tidak enak di dengar. Sangat buruk sekali dokter ari tandi. Mohon dokter ini segera di evaluasi.
Doctor Andi Tandi's handling is not good. My wife wanted to ask for a cover letter for treatment at the Tzu Chi Hospital but instead asked for a medical record from Tzu Chi. It was clear that my wife was sick. And even the doctor's answer is very unpleasant to hear. Very bad doctor Ari Tandi. Please this doctor be evaluated immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frontliner sangat kurang informatif. Saya lagi hamil 8 bulan, mau coba minta surat rujukan untuk kontrol kandungan ke rumah sakit. Disuruh tunggu 2 jam, setelah tunggu 2 jam ternyata bidannya bukan di klinik itu. Saya dioper ke bidan yang jaraknya lumayan jauh dari situ cuma buat dapet note, dan mesti kembali lagi ke klinik buat minta surat rujukannya. Kalau gitu, ngapain saya nunggu 2 jam di situ? Wasting time banget. Sangat bertele2.
Frontliner is very uninformative. I'm 8 months pregnant, I want to try asking for a referral letter for pregnancy control to the hospital. Told to wait 2 hours, after waiting 2 hours it turns out the midwife is not at the clinic. I was transferred to a midwife which was quite far from there just to get a note, and had to go back to the clinic to ask for a referral letter. If so, why did I wait 2 hours there? Very wasting time. Very verbose.
