★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mau komplen ini gimana caranya ya? Tadi sudah telpon kantor katanya akan dikabari. Ditunggu tapi gak ada kabar. Malah skrg ditelp gak aktif. Kalau memang sudah bukan jam kantor bisa kan konfirmasi ke saya dulu tadi sebelum tutup. Ini skrg posisi paket yg saya kirim lewat sanutra gak jelas sampai mana dan dibawa siapa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bulan may saya sewa armada sanutra. Kesepktn biaya tol dll saya tanggung pas hari H prjlnan tdk lewat tol yg harapannya lebih cepat. Komplain ke cs katanya jln lg ada perbaikan. Cari2 info jln rusak jln tol ternyata g ada perbaikan. Review dr tmn memang bgtu sanutra. Mohon bisa ditingkatkan agak kecewa
May I rent the Sanutra fleet. The cost of tolls etc. I take responsibility on the day the toll does not pass the toll, which hopes faster. Complaints to the cs said that if there were any improvements. Look for info if it is damaged if the toll road turns out there is no repair. The review from that place is indeed very familiar. Please improve somewhat disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya batalkan pesanan beberapa hari sblm keberangkatan, tapi tidak ada refund sampai 5 hari setelah tanggal saya seharusnya berangkat (hingga detik ini). Katanya kalau direfund akan diberitahu, tapi sudah dihubungi terus selalu saja beralasan. Terakhir dikontak tidak ada balasan. Harap pertimbangkan kembali jika ingin menggunakan service travel ini.
I canceled the order a few days before departure, but there was no refund until 5 days after the date I was supposed to leave (up to this point). He said that if he was rebranded, he would be notified, but being contacted would always be reasonable. Last contacted there was no reply. Please reconsider if you want to use this travel service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan, kami sudah seminggu pesan dan sudah di dp, ternyata dari pihak sanutra tiba-tiba mengganti jadwal seenaknya. Karena katanya jadwalnya berangkat hari senin. Kenapa kok tidak dibicarakan diawal? Akhirnya saya minta mengembalikan dp, untuk saya pakai travel lain, tapi response kurang begitu baik,sms sulit sekali untuk dibalas. WA pun tidak terkirim. Pelayanan dengan konsumen sangat tidak recomended.
Very disappointing, we have ordered a week and have been dp, it turns out that from the sanutra suddenly changed the schedule arbitrarily. Because he said the schedule departed Monday. Why isn't it discussed at the beginning? Finally I asked to return the DP, for me to use another travel, but the response was not so good, SMS was very difficult to reply. WA was not sent. Service with consumers is highly not recommended.
