★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam buka dan tutup gak menentu, kadang jam 10 / 12 / jam 1 bikin ribet kalau pas mau ngirim paket, belum jam 7 malam aja udh tutup.
The opening and closing hours are uncertain, sometimes 10/12 / hour 1 makes it difficult if you want to send a package, it's only 7 PM, it's closed.

Tempat duduk tunggu banyak. Pelayanan agak lambat namun secara keseluruhan bagus.
J&T is near urban areas, a solution that wants to send expedition to the northern regions.
Lots of waiting places. Service is a bit slow but overall good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan oke... Tapi untuk pengiriman paket sangat lama tidak sesuai dengan jadwal sebenarnya, untuk J&t sangat sangat mengecewakan tolong diperbaiki agar kita sebagai costumer tidak kecewa. Besar kecilnya Paket jangan diabaikan. Harga boleh mahal tapi jangan mengecewakan. Salam
Service is okay... But for the delivery of the package, it takes a very long time not according to the actual schedule, for J&T it is very, very disappointing, please fix it so that we as customers are not disappointed. The size of the package should not be ignored. Prices can be expensive but don't disappoint. Regards
