★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we went there during a pandemic but all their employees in the kitchen didn’t wear a mask, on top of that the service was very slow considering there was no other customer aside from my family. cannot comment on the food because we decided to leave once we found out they weren’t wearing a mask. please obey by the protocols for future customers, thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bubur Sanki has a long story of chinese food chain in Indonesia. They keep their original recipe for the porridge until today. The room is spacious, clean and cozy. Outdoor room available for smoking, they provide mini musholla which everybody can use for their 5 times shalat. Parking space can fit up to 5 cars and several motorcycles. The food definitely 100% kosher (halal). They create open kitchen concept so guest can see how their orders being made. They use minimalize interior design with the touch of Chinese peranakan. The staffs are well trained and genuinely friendly. They worked fast and very understanding with the customers needs. I ordered o Hainam Komplit and Nasi Capcay ayam. Both are tasty and the presentation are mouth watering. The Nasi hainam has been adapted to local culture, they put petai in their kentang orek. Will be back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried this on GoFood the first time. And we repeat order many times. For the record, we ordered kailan cah sapi, kailan polos, udang saus tiram, oseng sapi lada hitam, cumi goreng tepung.
We tried to order other menus, they also taste good, especially the Hainan rice. We hope this restaurant is taken into recognition because it's surely under-recognized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered sapo tahu for delivery. The portion was sufficient for 2-3 people in an affordable price. The taste was good as any other Sanki's dishes I had ever ordered. However, the packaging needed an improvement. Overall, I could give a four-star. Good luck! Keep a good stride!!
