Pelayanan Servis buruk, Aftersale tidak profesional, sulit dipegang janji, terutama urusan servis unit

Pernah bekerja di salah satu ruko yang ada di kawasan SANKEN ini pengalaman yang baik. Meskipun bukan di SANKEN nya langsung. Sekuriti komplek ruko ini orangnya baik dan ramah. Untuk urusan keamanan lumayan, kadang mau masuk parkir kurang lahan dan kartu parkirnya sudah habis duluan. Tukang sampah yang tugas juga kerjanya lumayan, angkut sampah meskipun kadang telat. Yang kurang lebih ke faktor makanan, kantinnya sedikit sekali. Makan siang harus menyebrang kalau mau makan di warteg.
Having worked in one of the shop houses in the SANKEN area, it was a good experience. Even though it's not SANKEN directly. This shophouse security person is kind and friendly. For a fair amount of security matters, sometimes you want to enter the parking lot less land and the parking card is up first. The garbage collector who works also has a decent job, transporting rubbish even though he is late sometimes. Which is more or less to the factor of food, very little canteen. Lunch must cross if you want to eat at warteg.

Saya sudah hubungi customer service via WA untuk tanya2 mengenai dispenser. Ada satu tipe yang menarik perhatian saya. Namun ketika saya minta foto detail produknya (minimal tampak depan, samping, belakang), cs kalian tidak bisa menyediakannya. Cs kalian malah menyuruh saya untuk langsung datang ke toko offline. Ketika saya tanyakan produk yang saya inginkan ada di gerai apa di Jakarta Selatan, cs kalian tidak bisa menjawab. Alasannya karena β€œsales kami banyak bu”. Mohon maaf saya tidak peduli kalau sales kalian banyak atau tidak. Tapi sudah sewajarnya kalian bisa sediakan informasi untuk mempermudah pelanggan. Apalagi informasi simple seperti produk spesifik ini tersedia di toko apa. Kalian harusnya bisa melacak itu. Ini saya dilempar dan diberikan nomor telepon kantor pusat kalian, namun telepon saya tidak satu pun di jawab. Ngga niat jualan.

When I asked what product I wanted in South Jakarta, your cs couldn't answer. The reason is because "we have a lot of sales, ma'am". Sorry, I don't care if you have a lot of sales or not. But naturally you can provide information to make it easier for customers. Moreover, simple information such as this specific product is available in what store. You should be able to track that down. Here I was thrown and given your head office phone number, but none of my calls were answered. No intention to sell.

Chat ga perna di respon , padahal status whatapp nya sedang online , jangan kasih kontak pelayanan kalau tidak bisa handle , cuma bikin emosi saja , seperti jual barang lalu lepas tangan, baru 2 tahun kompresor mati/tidak dingin... saya paham ada garansi , tapi di chat juga tidak ada respon sama sekali! Nyesel beli produk SANKEN cuma kepakai 2 tahun saja!
Chat never gets a response, even though whatapp status is online, don't give service contact if you can't handle it, just make emotions, like selling goods and then letting go, only 2 years the compressor is off / not cold... I understand there is a warranty, but in chat there is also no response at all! I regret buying SANKEN products, only used for 2 years!
