★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk. Pegawai sangat tidak menghargai customer. Paket customer berkali kali dibiarkan tidak di pick up dan dengan gampangnya mereka akan bilang "Dikirim besok aja" . Gila! Yang punya bisnis kalian atau saya kok ngatur ngatur seenaknya? Minta pick up berkali kali juga tidak di pick up, alasannya lupa. Minta pick up tidak di pick up pick up, alasannya segudang. Kalau gak di komplain gak bakal di pick up. Baru kali ini nemu pelayanan J&T seperti ini. Luar biasa. Semoga bosnya baca, biar ditertibkan karyawannya. Cari J&T lain aja buat kerjasama, mereka gak menghargai bisnis sama sekali :)
Very bad service. Employees really do not value customers. Customer packages are left unchecked many times and they will simply say "Just send it tomorrow". Crazy! Who owns your business or how come I set it up arbitrarily? Asking for pick up many times also not picked up, the reason is forget. Request pick-up is not pick-up pick-up, the reason is a myriad. If you don't complain, you won't pick up. This is the first time I've found a J&T service like this. Extraordinary. Hopefully the boss reads, so that employees are disciplined. Just look for another J&T for collaboration, they don't value business at all :)
