A special take-way restaurant, but the service takes a long time, a take away restaurant should be like this, the service time is prioritized. Even though the employees are not serious, the performance is long while joking around. Slow service while chatting is not important

Buat consumer, Hangry cuma melayani take away, dan sepertinya difokuskan untuk online saja, menu aja fisiknya gak ada, waktu sy mampir malah disuruh liat menu di aplikasi online. Saran saya order online aja, fix. Harga order online dan harga ditempat sama persis. Kalau order online malah ada gratis ongkir dan potongan 50%. Jangan mampir ntar nyesel, cukup saya aja yg menyesal.
Hangry rame dapat komplain dari driver online karena pelayanannya kurang ramah, kurang ada kejelasan, dan minim area tunggu bahkan mereka duduk di depan outlet. Memang ada gap disini. Makanannya enak jadi orang2 order aja, tp pelayanan ke driver ojek kurang baik. Tolong diperbaiki ya om.

For consumers, Hangry only serves take away, and seems to be focused on online only, the physical menu doesn't exist, when I stopped by, I was told to look at the menu in the online application. My advice is to order online, fix it. Prices for online orders and prices on the spot are exactly the same. If you order online, you get free shipping and 50% off. Don't stop by to regret it, it's just me who regrets it.
Hangry crowds get complaints from online drivers because the service is not friendly, there is lack of clarity, and there is minimal waiting area, even they sit in front of the outlet. There is indeed a gap here. The food is delicious, so people just order, but the service to the motorcycle taxi drivers is not good. Please fix it, bro.
