Saya beli produk hp samsung di bulan Juli 2020.
Program marketing saat itu untuk hp samsung s20 adalah mendapatkan speaker jbl, air purifier, dan kaos samsung.
Sesaat sebelum pembayaran saya mengkonfirmasi akan hak saya untuk mendapatkan ke-3 hadiahnya.
Awalnya sang sales yang bernama Yog* mengatakan speaker jbl yang seharusnya menjadi hadiah habis. Sales tsb menawarkan hadiah lain.
Namun saya sendiri tidak menginginkan hadiah lain. Jika memang tidak ada, kenapa harus pasang program tsb. Saya sampaikan kalau saya tidak tertarik lagi membeli di store tsb.
Lalu tidak lama ada temennya yang menghampiri sales yg bernama Yog* ini dan menyampaikan kepada saya kalau “ternyata speakernya ada.”
Aneh bukan?
Ya memang.
Setelah didesak baru dia memberikan hadiah yang sebenarnya.
Pengalaman kedua yang tidak mengenakkan yaitu saat saya harus menunggu 2 bulan untuk mendapat air purifier.
Oke saya tunggu.
Hari ini saya kembali menghubungi sales yang namanya Yogo setelah seminggu lalu saya tanya kabar air purifiernya dan saya diminta menunggu, diminta kirim foto ktp dan invoice.
Jawaban yang saya dapat setelah menunggu 2 bulan adalah hadiahnya diganti voucher.
Silahkan teman-teman menilai sendiri tentang pelayanan store ini.
Very poor service.
I bought a Samsung cellphone product in July 2020.
The marketing program at that time for the Samsung S20 cellphone was to get JBL speakers, air purifier, and Samsung T-shirts.
Shortly before payment I confirmed my rights to the 3 prizes.
Initially the salesman named Yog * said that the jbl speaker that was supposed to be a gift ran out. The salesperson offers another gift.
But I myself don't want any other gifts. If it doesn't exist, why install the program. I say that I am no longer interested in buying at the store.
Then not long after, a friend of hers approached this salesperson named Yog * and told me that "it turns out there are speakers."
Isn't that strange?
Yes indeed.
Only after being pressed did he give the real gift.
The second unpleasant experience was when I had to wait 2 months to get an air purifier.
Okay, I will wait.
Today I again contacted the sales whose name was Yogo after a week ago I asked about the air purifier and I was asked to wait, asked to send a photo ID and invoice.
The answer I got after waiting 2 months was that the prize was replaced by a voucher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst service ever. had my daughters cell phone there for repairing they couldn´t solve it properly but still charged 230.000 IDR and needed 5 days for that... Very dissappointing another shop one floor higher i went afterwards. solved it for 200.000 IDR within one hour. so i don´t recommend the original samsung service center... slow and incompetent...
