★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang jam 10.30 lumayan panjang antriannya. Silahkan datang pagi biar tidak terlalu ramai. Tapi ada dua pos drive thru dikanan dan kiri gedung, jd antrian tidak terlalu panjang. Jangan lupa buka plastik tempat kertas stnk terlebih dahulu, karena disuruh buka sendiri dan dapat ganti plastik yang baru.
Came at 10.30 quite long queue. Please come early so it's not too crowded. But there are two drive thru posts on the right and left of the building, so the queue is not too long. Don't forget to open the plastic where the vehicle registration paper is first, because you are told to open it yourself and you can replace the new plastic.

Untuk lama antrian tergantung banyak sedikitnya yg antri, namun untuk pelayanan apabila sdh smpai loketnya tergolong cepat kurleb 5-8 menit apabila sudah siap persyaratannya. Untuk masukan saja, untuk antrian R2 dan R4 sebaiknya dipisah dan ditambahkan atap/canopy agar pengendara R2 lebih nyaman. Dan diperbanyak samsat drive thru yg model begini agar masyarakat yg ingin membayar pajak lebih mudah dan efisien.
