★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak recomended, tidak ramah petugas pendaftarannya. Ktp saya minggir langsung di tolak, pdhl saya bertahun2 tinggal e kost di jln magelang
Not recommended, not friendly to the registration officer. My ID card was immediately rejected, even though I lived in a boarding house for years on Jln Magelang

Berikut beberapa info yang disampaikan terkait pelayanan di Puskeswan Sleman dengan wilayah kerja kapanewon Mlati dan kapanewon Sleman :
1. Sesuai dengan Surat Tugas yang diterima, pelayanan puskeswan dilakukan sesuai dengan wilayah kerja dan jam pelayanan.
2. Pelayanan Puskeswan Sleman bersifat pasif (menerima pasien di puskeswan); semi aktif (mengobati pasien ke kandang yang dilaporkan sakit); dan aktif (menjadwalkan kunjungan ke kandang dalam bentuk pelayanan terpadu).
3. Terkait dengan ketiga bentuk kegiatan di atas, puskeswan telah menjadwalkan kegiatan aktif secara berkala, dan jadwal kegiatan terpasang di papan kantor puskeswan. Pada saat kegiatan aktif dilaksanakan maka semua petugas puskeswan akan berada di lapangan/kandang kelompok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ibuk dokternya baik..ramah,sabar..mpus ku di sana di priksa..di suntik anti bakteri bisr gk gudikan.trs di beri saran obat cacing dsb..tekomended lah gratis juga.ngiritkan..daripada ke klinik shopkatt yg byr..??
Mrs. the doctor is good..friendly, patient..my pus was checked there..injected anti-bacterial bisr not gudikan.trs was given advice on deworming etc..it was recommended that it was free too..saving..instead of going to the shopkatt clinic which is byr. .??
