★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is in dark alley,no lights and interesting people outside. Reception did not greet or responded to my greetings. Reception staff no English,could not even say deposit amount in English and not smart enough to write it down. But that is only the start, paid the deposit, given key card. only no idea what room number, asking reception again proved useless as both could not comprehend guest needs to know room number. Off to the room, AC not working, safe is locked, and no toilet paper, once again speaking with reception was useless. being 23:00 pm already decided to suffer through till the morning. Morning staff just as unfriendly and totally disinterested, listening to music via headphones. Advised my AC was not working, cut the story short, changed 5 rooms and all 5 AC not working. No apology of any kind. Contacted Agoda as hotel was useless. While speaking to Agoda, hotel locked me out of my room, with all my belongings still in the room.Got my stuff and left. Surreal bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really great stay here, the receptionist was very warm and welcoming, my room was facing the front terrace so it was great. Towels were quite dark and smelly, but I hope they work on it to replace them. Overall everything else were alright. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay for the night, close to Blok M Plaza, but a bit confusing to reach with car ot bike as most of the time the closest way is closed and you need to turn around quite far, if you walk, you coukd jump the portal, quite a challange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing about this hotel is center location with quiet neighborhood, near mall & eat location & good bed.
Nice looking building but not treated well. the outside water heater unit is leaking, bit dirty parking area and their cleaning equipment is everywhere not put in storage. So many mosquito in the room! I have to borrow anti mosquito spray. The AC unit is not covered properly too.
The employee feels like tired and lazily respond to guest needs. First day I want to change to 2nd floor but they say the water heater is broken. One time they don’t cleaned the room although we already told them to. One time the just lazy to get the hair dryer from people who using it in their room.
I ordered breakfast for the second day but they serve it on the first day.
I’m not gonna stay there again if it’s not an urgent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place in South Jakarta to stay. In has all the required amenities nearby. Shopping malls are at walking distance. They have maintained the cleanliness to a great level. The rooms are large enough and have balcony also.

+ Room size just enough for 2 person
+ Peace and quiet
+ The Sampit surroundings is nice
+ There tons of food stall nearby at night
+ Only 2 mins walk to Blok M Plaza & MRT station
- Everytime I enter the room there's always a smoky smell
- The TV is a lil bit out dated
Will I go back to SR? Sure do. Especially after they gave me a free 50% off for the next booking??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (-) The building looks dampy and dull from outside. Slow checkin, lame service in the reception. Lamps are not working in some spot in the room. There's some kind of a frame (?) around the AC in my room that looks unfinished and ended up looking like a construction site, very unpleasing to the eye.
The sofa in the Premium Contemporary Room is outdated, painful to sit on. No trashbin in the room.
(+) good beds, AC works properly. Super strategic location, very close to blok M mrt station
