I have stayed over 50 hotels in Jakarta for the past 2 years and this is the worst. 1st they said we have to moved to 2 bedrooms while we have booked it long way back for 3 bedrooms and in return they will give us a voucher. 2ndly they treated locally like we never paid and staying freely with Vouchers. 3rdly they gave maximum only 3 bath ropes for 3 bedrooms unit... and so on and so on. For sure not going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are comfy, clean, spacious with working table, dining area even the kitchen utensils are just what we needed! private lift to each room, good protocols including gym time arrangement during covid. nice meals delivered to rooms, daily room refreshments, nice security and also there is a sbux inside the same building, many street food around the apt area also a pool with a nice city view at night. I enjoyed my stay here very much :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at 3 bedroom for 2 nights and it was a very nice experience. The check-in process was smooth and fast. Front desk staff was very warm and nice. Their lobby is luxurious and super clean. I stayed here with my family and they all like the room. It was spacious and full-equipped. The bed was comfortable. We got a nice kitchenette with free water dispenser. Will be coming back here soon. Thank you for the hospitality Oakwood team!
