Waktu lihat gambarnya, wihh ayam salted egg nya kelihatan mantul, bumbu saltednya banyak
Teryata saat makanan dateng, saya lihat ayamnya kayak ayam goreng tepung biasa dan saya nanya ke pegawainya, mba saya pesen ayam salted egg lohh
Dia bilang ini ayam salted eggnya. Jujur aku speechless dan ini ga ada tampang salted egg sama sekali.. BEDA BANGET sama gambarnya. Terlebih rasanya setelah dimakan adalah asinnn, bukan asin salted egg tapi bener2 asin garam. Saya pun sudah ga nafsu lagi untuk makan krna saya ga bisa makan terlalu asin.
Mohon perhatian manajemennya untuk tetap memperhatikan kualitas makanannya.

Honestly disappointed to eat here
When you see the picture, the salted egg chicken looks bouncing, the salted spices are many
It turns out when the food comes, I see the chicken like ordinary fried chicken and I ask the employee, my mother's salted egg chicken
He said this was salted egg chicken. Honestly, I was speechless and this doesn't have a salted egg look at all. Especially it feels after being eaten is salty, not salted egg but really salty salt. I also no longer want to eat because I can't eat too salty.
Please pay attention to management to keep in mind the quality of the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kali ini tertarik mencoba menu kolaborasi Saltesse x Mama Suka. Buat menu kolaborasinya ada 3 jenis, yakni Topokki Chicken, Buldak Chicken & Hot Lava Chicken.
Setiap pembelian menu kolaborasi bakaldapet 1 bungkus Bon Nori. Selain itu juga bisa dapat photo card BTS yang bisa dikoleksi. Pilihannya ada yang Jungkok, Jin, Jimin, RM & Suga. Mereka juga ngadain give away berhadiah HP yang bisa kalian cek di IG nya Saltesse.
Aku mencoba 2 varians rasa, yakni :
1. Buldak Chicken
Menu yang satu ini cocok banget buat kalian yang suka pedas. Seporsi berisi nasi, telur, ayam crispy & saus buldak di atasmya.
Ayamnya crispy dan dagingnya empuk. Berhubung aku ga terlalu kuat pedas, aku makan yang paling ujung, yang sausnya paling sedikit. Itupun pas kena sausnya kerasa pedas. Sesudah makan, after taste pedasnya bemeran terasa membakar.
Pedasnya beneran ga main-main. Kalau bukan karena makan nasinya yang netralisir manisnya, aku udah kepedasan setengah mati.
2. Hot Lava Chicken
Menu yang satu ini pedasnya masih lebih mild ketimbang si ayam buldak. Sausnya creamy, perpaduan asam, pedas dan gurih yang pas. Rasa asamnya nggak berlebihan sehingga nggak meninggalkan after taste yang kurang enak.
Ayamnya jadi terasa makin gurih dimakan pakai sausnya. Ayamnya juga beneran banyak.dan pakai sunny side egg yang matang namun nggak sampai terasa kering.
Dimakan pakai nasi hangat & ditabur bon nori yang gurih beneran bikin rasanya jadi makin nikmat. Apalagi kalau dimakan pas hangat ❤️
Kalau kalian nggak terlalu tahan pedaa kayak aku, better pesan yang ini.

Oh, ya. Kemasan si Saltesse ini beneran praktis banget. Selama.kotaknya ditutup, hangatnya cukup awet. Aku sendiri makan sekitar 1 jam sesudah beli.dan masih hangat.
Selain itu buat peralatan makannya disediakan spork, kombinasi spoon & fork. Jadinya bisa dimakan tanpa harus duduk di meja & motong makanannya pun lebih mudah.
This time, I'm interested in trying the Saltesse x Mama Suka collaboration menu. For the collaboration menu, there are 3 types, namely Topokki Chicken, Buldak Chicken & Hot Lava Chicken.
Every purchase of the collaboration menu will get 1 pack of Bon Nori. In addition, you can also get BTS photo cards that can be collected. The choices are Jungkook, Jin, Jimin, RM & Suga. They also held a give away with HP prizes that you can check on Saltesse's IG.
I tried 2 flavors, namely:
1. Buldak Chicken
This one menu is perfect for those of you who like spicy. A serving of rice, eggs, crispy chicken & buldak sauce on top.
The chicken is crispy and the meat is tender. Since I'm not very strong spicy, I eat the end, which has the least sauce. Even then, the sauce was spicy. After eating, the aftertaste of the spicy taste really burns.
The spiciness is really no joke. If it wasn't for eating the sweetness-neutralizing rice, I'd be hot to death.
2. Hot Lava Chicken
This one menu is still milder spicy than the bullak chicken. The sauce is creamy, the right combination of sour, spicy and savory. The sour taste is not too much so it doesn't leave a bad after taste.
The chicken tastes even more savory when eaten with the sauce. There's also a lot of chicken. I use sunny side eggs which are cooked but not dry.
Eaten with warm rice & sprinkled with savory bon nori, it really makes the taste even more delicious. Especially if you eat it warm ❤️
If you're not too impatient like me, it's better to order this one.

Oh yes. Saltesse's packaging is really very practical. As long as the box is closed, it's warm enough to last. I ate it myself about 1 hour after buying it..and it's still warm.
In addition, for the tableware provided spork, a combination of spoon & fork. So it can be eaten without having to sit at the table & it's easier to cut the food.
