★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it is the greatest PH in North Jakarta. This place actually is new. The interior is great and the location also not too far fro my place. I'd rather to go to this PH rather than any PH in Mall. Salad will be discounted at 9PM (50%).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just opened (18 October 2017), new atmosphere, new logo. Still crowded at 10 pm, took quite a long time to serve my order, and they served wrong menu at first. (not the one I ordered). Jeez.

I ordered "Omelette Platter" and without asking for more detail, Rice Omelette Platter comes 40 minutes later. Egg was dry, sausages were still a bit cold and dry, roasted tomato was okay but unseasoned, cucumber was the nicest one on my plate. Lack of waiter/tress is the major problem, I asked for tomato sauce and they totally forgot it, i had to ask them twice. In summary: food=meh, service=horrible.
I had high hopes seeing this giant PizzaHut with beautiful building, but they successfully destroyed it into dust.
I really hope they managed it better as they have in Pizza Hut Juanda, it was magnificent and joyful to visit. This place is so potential, they really gotta put little more effort to make it a great place.
