★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang bgt, pengantaran gk profesional, adminnya tidak memberikan informasi yg diperlukan untuk customer, agak kurang sopan. Late respon pake banget, ditelpon berkali2 gak diangkat.
The service is not very good, the delivery is not professional, the admin does not provide the necessary information for the customer, a bit impolite. Very late response, I didn't call many times.

Terletak tepat sebelum rel kereta api. Hasil pengerjaan cukup bersih dan rapi. Selain itu di sini melayani perbaikan berbagai jenis tas juga.
A shop specializing in shoes that provides several facilities such as laundry (washing), repair (sewing, etc.), and repaint (repainting). Located right before the train tracks. The workmanship is quite clean and neat. In addition, here they serve repairs of various types of bags as well.

Repaint + cuci disini dari tgl 9 Maret sepatu saya di pickup, bilangnya estimasi selesai 10-14 hari kerja. Tapi sampai tgl 31 Maret belum selesai juga dan TANPA ADANYA KEJELASAN karena chat saya dari tgl 24 Maret dan 30 Maret menanyakan sdh selesai atau belum SAMA SEKALI tdk dibalas. Jika memang mereka menjawab chat saya untuk sekedar mengabarkan blm selesai/sdg ada kendala apa, pasti akan sgt saya maklumi. Tapi nyatanya tdk ada.
Sampai akhirnya di tgl 31 Maret saya pun chat kembali bbrp kali ke WA admin dan ownernya untuk meminta sepatu saya dikembalikan saja mengingat sdh lebih dari 14 hari tanpa kejelasan, mau sdh dikerjakan/belum (inipun tdk dibalas juga dan hanya di read). Lalu tiba” saja sore tadi ada Gosend yg mengirim sepatu saya ke rumah TANPA KONFIRMASI APAPUN sblmnya dri pihak KicksNClean dalam kondisi tali sepatu tdk terpasang dan hanya dibungkus plastik alfamart & plastik bubble dari saya saat pertama kali pickup. Bagian bawah sepatu jg masih kotor dan saya lihat masih ada bagian sepatu kiri yg repaintnya blm maksimal dan masih agak lembab. Tapi memang yg kanan sdh di repaint cukup baik. Saya berasumsi mungkin sepatu saya ini baru setengah pengerjaannya, cmn ya gapapa sih yg penting sepatu saya sdh balik walaupun hasilnya mengecewakan dgn harga segitu. Yg sgt disayangkan disini adalah sama sekali tdk ada itikad baik pihak KicksNClean untuk menjwb chat saya atau memberi penjelasan apapun sampai detik ini, yg saya jga tdk tau itu kenapa. Intinya komunikasi aktif saya dan pihak KicksNClean hny trjadi di tgl 9-10 Maret saat sepatu saya di pickup, selebihnya tdk prnah dibalas lagi & hny di read. Saya tdk tahu mgkin hny saya yg sial mendapat pelayanan tdk professional sprti ini di toko ini atau ada jga yg lain.
SGT BAD SERVICE.
Repaint + wash here since March 9, my shoes were picked up, they said it was estimated to be finished in 10-14 working days. But until March 31st it has not been completed and WITHOUT ANY CLEARANCE because my chat from March 24 and March 30 asking whether it was finished or not, there was no reply at all. If indeed they answered my chat just to let me know it wasn't finished/what problems were there, I would definitely understand. But in fact there is none.
Until finally on March 31, I chatted back several times to the WA admin and the owner to ask for my shoes to be returned, considering it has been more than 14 days without clarity, whether it has been done / not yet (this too has not been answered and has only been read). Then it just arrived this afternoon, there was Gosend who sent my shoes home WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION from the KicksNClean side in the condition that the shoelaces were not attached and only wrapped in Alfamart plastic & bubble plastic from me when I first picked up. The bottom of the shoe is also still dirty and I can see that there is still a part of the left shoe that has not been repainted optimally and is still a bit damp. But indeed the right one has been repainted quite well. I'm assuming maybe my shoes are only half done, but it's okay, the important thing is that my shoes have been returned, even though the results are disappointing at that price. What is really unfortunate here is that there is absolutely no goodwill from KicksNClean to answer my chats or provide any explanation until this moment, which I don't know why. The point is that active communication between me and KicksNClean only happened on March 9-10 when my shoes were picked up, the rest were never answered and only read. I don't know maybe I'm the only one who is unlucky to get unprofessional service like this in this shop or there are others.
