β β β β β Iβve been to this salon a few times for both hair and nails and the service is fine...however I am sorely disappointed by one of the nail artists as she does not take feedback well. The quality of their polish is good but i went for a French manicure today and have mentioned to her that the one on my thumb is crooked and wide and she just ignored me and kept on going anyways. If it is not possible to erase it I would rather her apologise and say that it is far too late to do so instead of her ignoring me.

β β β β β I change my colour hair, then my clothes exposed to hair bleaching color.. then the manager not responsibillity. And my clothes broke , i can't use my clothes again.
Even this salon korean salon but manager not good improve to clear my problems and not responsibillity.
So this my first time i disapointed with korean salon.

β β β β β I came to this salon because of a video on tiktok ? I made an appointment with Ray to cut my hair. He was super nice, polite, and professional. I'm very satisfied with the result ?
But one thing annoyed me was the cashier lady making weird faces and telling me "Don't you feel bad cutting your hair? Isn't it too short???" ......It's my hair and most importantly is I'm happy with it. Why you trying to make me feel bad? ?
Anyway, still giving it 5 star because Ray was awesome. But that lady needs work on her attitude.

β β β β β Just got a new haircut today. First, what I love is their staffs are very friendly and I'm so surprised the way they apologized so many times just because I have to wait for one customer, which is still normal. Secondly, I love the way the stylist treating my hair exactly like what I requested, it is perfect. And they also offer a drink which I can request (other place usually just give me water). Would love to recommend this salon to all of you, to try different experience from Korean Hair Stylist. Anyway, once again I'm very happy with my hair. I was so nervous, that's why I forgot to take pictures of the place.

Usually Mr Lyon is the one in charge here, but when I came it was Mr Ray (he's usually in charge in Kelapa Gading branch), both of them are skillfull tho
I also like their shampoo, smells very good!
