★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the mani gel and pedi gel service there. Was quite unsatisfied by the finished gel polish look as it left round matte patches.
The manicurist attempted to polish on top of the patchy spots but kept showing up.
Decided to remove the look because it gave an unfinished and uneven look, instead of a glossy look as one would expect from a glossy gel. Ended up paying for a gel removal, which I shouldn’t have from the start (came in to the salon with no polish at all, the reason i had to remove the gel polish was because the end result was patchy) because...it wasn’t my fault that the polish turned out patchy right. ??♀️??♀️
The removal wasn’t that neat too.
Complained to the cashier, no response.
Complained via ig dm, no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I foreigner struggling to find a good place for mani and pedi. The place itself look really clean cozy and comfy. The result of my mani and pedi is a disappointment the result looks really cheap. And I pay way too expensive. Won’t recommend this place. But I haven’t tried the hair services.
