The bathroom's water stinks, the health protocol during the breakfast was awful. I felt unsafe during the breakfast. The pool water was literally green. Updates: now the lifts are not even working, we have to use the service lift. oh, and if you come here during low season, you'll get a box-meal, instead of buffet. Room's phone works, but no one's even answering on the other end. So what's the purpose? 4 star? More like 1 or 2 star.

The room is so small.. the floor is dirty.. the ceiling is very low, the bathroom is so small.. the water flows over the floor when we use the shower.. the bed sheet looks dirty..

I can see how big the vision of this hotel that is merged with a few other buildings and a shopping mall. However, a vision is just a daydreaming without the right execution. I was very disappointed not only because of the specific technical faults, but more significantly by how the staff communicate. For a 4 star hotel, the bathroom has too many issues. Besides the toilet bowl that has a very tight legroom because of bad design/layout, it has a leaking shower and doesn't have a proper shower curtain/door that prevents the whole bathroom to be wet. More importantly, the hotel staff treated me pretty badly. It took more than 30 minutes for me to check in after a very long drive in the evening because there's a problem with Agoda booking and they insisted that it's not their responsibility to follow it up. From 4 people in the reception, only 1 showed empathy. And only 1 had the intention to really help. The rest couldn't listen their guest, and said that this "third party issue" was not their business. Even worse, in the next morning, the female receptionist carelessly concluded that I haven't paid my booking and rudely cut me, said "thank you", and tried to look busy with the phone when I was talking to basically ask me to leave. It is a very basic hospitality to wait and listen to the guest's concerns and it seemed like that they are not trained to even listen to people. Instead, they talk reactively and very procedural like a robot, even worse. Moreover, in that very uncomfortable situation, they required me to WhatsApp them my vaccine status although I have already showed it directly from PeduliLindungi app, until I insisted that they could just see it from the app. Even worse, they didn't give me the same room type as I reserved online (I got twin single beds instead of a large bed because they said it's unavailable). It was my worst hotel experience and I recommend you to think a hundred times before deciding to stay in this hotel.

My parents and I had an event in Jogja, but some hotels were full, maybe because it was the end of the year holidays. So there are several hotels that are still ready, one of which is the sahid hotel. Although this hotel was booked through the committee, but there are some facilities that are quite uncomfortable for me and my parents such as no security guard standing by in the front building to notify that the lobby has moved to tower 2, too many guest in the lobby and lack of health protocols and initiatives hotel staff, small bathroom water shower, at breakfast many guests cannot sit and are too crowded, maybe it is better to have a breakfast schedule so that it is not too crowded, especially large group guests. Other than that everything is good. However I still appreciate the service provided by the hotel and thank you, I hope I can stay here again.

The hotel is quite old but still acceptable for the price they offered. The room need more attention especially the air-con, dust on the filters are so thick. The hot water is working well but the position of the toilet should not be there, the space is too crampy. The breakfast are quite various and nice. The swimming pool on the 6th level is quite big with an open air cafe.

This hotel have a nice receptionist and breakfast, but that's about it. Stayed in 2753. The toilet have a door that opens only when I applied exceesive force. Inside, said bath area doesn't have a curtain or glass to separate between the wet area and the drier area (the one with wastafel), so anyone doing anything beside bathing inside would have to be content with water sprays - effectively making the bathroom for use one person at a time. The linen have dirty spots and visible dust spots. The table was small. The room have a mysterious odor. Glad I spent only one day there.
