Alhamdulillah close to the city center. Maximum room facilities. You don't need to fight over the bolster pillow blanket with your friend because you have prepared it yourself. TV okay. Fan okay. The bathroom is okay. Kost Phoenix mantuuull. Hehehee !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harga sesuai fasilitas. Ada bed lengkap bantal guling selimut, fan, meja kecil, dan kamar mandi dalam. Waktu stay 24jam, kalo check in jam 5 sore, check outnya juga jam 5 sore. Akses gerbang juga 24 jam, tiap penghuni kost diberi kunci gerbang. Penjaga ramah. Bisa sewa motor juga. ?????
